Basically playing the game on easy mode and still wound up painfully average and depressed.

To make this fit related, for you skeleys, how long did it actually take you to hit 2pl8 squat including fuckaround-itis. I'm going on 10 months including my fuck around time and I'm about to hit 225 and I'm pretty happy since I'm living in a dorm and get crappy nutrition and cant go to the gym as often as I like.

You're probably young. So fucking eat. Honestly.
If you've been working out for 10 months, even if it's not the best workout every time, you're in the range where barring major injury you'll probably stick with it. So
Eat. Lift. You get fat for a bit? Who cares; you're fat for a year but get massively stronger. Caterpillar shit.
Even if it's not the way you thought you would, accomplish something great.

But yeah it took me about 1-2 months from after I realized I was fucking around. 225 is chump change when you weigh 185 boyo. Form and food.

I hit a 2 plate squat about 4 months into lifting but I didn't start squatting til 3 months in

So it took me a month to get to 2 plates from the time I started squatting. I weighed about 130 at the time

What's so hard to understand about buttplugs? They've proven to increase squat weight by 5-10% based on body weight. Not sure on DLs, though. It seems to help me break PRs.

Probably not. I don't like the texture of most foods. A lot of the time I can't chew them.

I like chicken but I don't eat it because it just becomes unchewable mush after 5 minutes of chewing for example

The fuck, dude. have you ever cooked a chicken breast? Fish? Try eating some meats with your pasta and slowly graduate to just lean meats for some meals, then start mixing the meats with vegetables and slowly graduate to having only vegetables for some meals. If you do that you'll be able to enjoy a wider variety of healthy foods at different times of the day like a normal fucking person.

Ffs how do you only eat fast food and not feel like a walking bag of disease? Have some discipline, anon.

Why is everyone on a brosplit so much more aesthetic than others?
This is purely anecdotal but I know a lot of people at my gym, and everyone doing a brosplit looks shredded while everyone (myself included) doing a full body or upper/lower looks nowhere near as defined, even with similar body fat %

Is it a meme or what? Help me /fit/
