Both in their prime, who would win in a fight? I know the obvious answer would be JJ Watt, but Lebron has a significant advantage when it comes to reach and there's no doubt that he's the most physical specimen to ever be in the NBA. JJ Watt is obviously going to have the ground game locked up, but I think LeBron could win if he can dance around JJ and stay on his feet. Thoughts?

Ive never taken a martial arts class and was always dis encouraged from doing so when i was a kid, so through my teen life i never did much research on it. What i want to know is A.) is it worth my time to try to learn one and B.) if so what type.

B. Boxing

Not that boxing is the best, but it requires a high level of focus and fitness, there is boxing gyms literally everywhere, and the training is extremely functional. It's very hard to go wrong with a boxing gym.

As a general rule though, if the martial art involves real sparring against a resistant opponent then it will benefit you, if it involves poses and moves against an opponent that doesn't resist then it has no value in real life.


Other striking options are kickboxing and muay thai, for grappling Brazilian jiu jitsu or wrestling.

Seconded, my generalisation of generalisations is:
Boxing = Defensive striking (counter punching, slipping and head movement)
MT and kickboxing = Offensive striking
Wrestling = Defensive grappling (defending against the takedown, pinning opponents)
BJJ = Offensive grappling (choking dudes out)

Left side is the exercise, right side is the mobility for that exercise, you do mobility after each set
