6 foot, 18, ~156lbs
Estimate my body fat %?
Also, can I take anything to stop my gyno now since I'm still young? I'd rather not have surgery if I can reverse it now.
Also, 10 months progress down from 180lbs and unable to do a pushup to doing 56lb pushups :D

I still feel fat even though I'm 6 foot and 156lbs because I can't see my abs, yet I see other people at the same height weighing more than me and looking thinner. What gives?

Christ dude... at 6 ft and 156 lbs you don't have much muscle to be showing off. My advice, cut to 150, eat at maintenance for 2 weeks and begin bulking and lifting heavy until about 170-180. Cut again to 160 and you'll look decent.

Fucking hell It happened again /fit/. Another girl turned me down because I'm bald. I know we tell ourselves that it doesn't matter, just man up and shave it all off, that it's all about aesthetics but I don't think I can take another, "I just don't find bald guys attractive".

I heard taking finasteride can help with hair loss but is it too late for me? I started losing my hair at 17 and I'm 28 now, and most of the stuff I read online says it only restores hair on the back of the head even though I started losing my hair from the front. More importantly everything I've read says that it kills your testosterone levels and causes erectile dysfunction so would it end up affecting my gains? Does anybody here lift while also taking finasteride or propecia and can tell me how it affects their performance at the gym and building muscle?

I don't know what else to do at this point.

Kel girls actually dont care that much about dudes being bald. OBVIOUSLY THEY PREFER GUYS WITH HAIR. But I'm bald and have no problem - high confidence + average/above average face + good enough shape + decent personality, funny, etc.

Need advice fast /fit/

>45 mins away from gym for summer
>tore ACL so won't be doing lower body work that isn't bodyweight
>considering working out at home with limited equipment available

So, is the following enough for a well rounded upper body routine?

>dumbbells, 5-25lbs in 5lb increments
>45lb weighted vest
>dip station
>pull up bar
