What is the difference between Fat people who change and those who don't?
12 posts and 3 images submitted.
>>
Early death.
>>
Massive mental gains.

Someone who used to be fat and now isn't has not just changed their body, but their entire mindset.
Sure, obesity has a lot to do with the food you eat, but in the end it comes down to your relationship with that food. A fat fuck with a fatfuck mindset can live off nothing but grilled chicken and broccoli for weeks, but if they don't change how their view and feel about food they will always go back. The progress they make means absolutely nothing because it will be negated in the end, once their willpower runs out.

Once you change how you eat and not just what you eat, only then do you have a shot at making it. A reformed fat person don't really need willpower to stay fit, because their diet doesn't feel like "going on a diet" any more. It just feels like normal eating for normal days, and will last them a lifetime.

A fat fuck who eats correctly just to barely get into shape for surgery will fall right back into old habits. It's very temporary.
A changed fat person will make new habits instead. It's permanent.
>>
People get fat because they want food primarily emotionally, not physically. There is no willpower involved when you are not hungry, you aren't actively resisting anything. The crave they feel is an emotional void they try to fill. To get thin most just fix that void.

And it doesn't have to be some deep mental issue like boogie, a lot of people for instance just eat out of boredom so they get thin once they actually get busy in their lifes.

This is my 2nd set, not too heavy, but I still lost balance at a rep. Posting this because last week a very buff guy approached me in the gym saying my form is utter shit, that I'm gonna break my back, etc. without actually telling me what I'm doing wrong.

who's the girl in the background?
>>
Start by breaking from the hips, not the knees. Also you don't quite hit depth on some of the reps.

Oh man, that bitch in the background.

Your form isn't bad really.
But you aren't going deep enough.

How wide is your stance, you may benefit from widening it slightly so you can sit down more into the squat.
Also push your knees out harder as they kind of rocked a little violently outward at the bottom of some of your reps.

Yes but you will reach a plateau soon
>>
As a noob for sure so if you want to start at home just go for it but if you're a lazy slob then it's better to pay for a personal trainer/group training because you can't cancel them easily and it will help you to sink into lifting.

What would happen if I ate a 95% protein diet?
Could you still make gains, amusing I'm already low body fat so don't have that much energy reserve to dive into.

You would starve to death because humans can only convert ~1500 calories of protein per day into sugar

You can't.

Get a NeckPro, it should ease the tension.
Stretch your neck/upperback every day for a year. Get a standing desk. have your phone/screen in front of your eyes. Sit straight. Hve good posture.

hi /fit/, vegan 178cm manlet here. weight about 68kg.

so i started lifting about a month ago, steadily hitting PRs, feeling pretty good. i'd say i know how to eat, easily get my daily protein in and hit my caloric surpluses. in terms of training im currently hitting the gym 3 times a week, doing full body stuff, mostly its compound exercises on machines for now, but i want to transition to free weights asap.

im wondering if its realistic for me to get to 75kg by the end of the year. any input would be much appreciated

pic is a meal i ate yesterday, spelt topped with beans and veggies and some jalapenos cuz they yummy

it actually tasted really nice. i kinda stopped putting a lot of effort into meals (at least from a taste perspective) since i cook about 3-4 a day, it gets tedious.

>>

What's the difference between bulgarian light and the original?
>>
>>41838439
Bulgarian light is once a day Training, focusing on squat and press. Bulgarian is lifting 3times a day and doing all olympic lifts +powervariations +squat and pulls.

it's dumb. It would be a huge bitch to clean if you put a protein shake in it, and there's really nothing that makes it better than a basic water bottle.

Some generic refurbished basement dungeon. 15$ a month if i pay a for a years membership.

It's not much. Basic equipment and machines. But its rarely crowded, works 24h and has a clean shower and bathroom.

Why do you care about seeing your old car? Did you not like the person you sold it to?
