Need a bit of help with a routine

5-11 to 6-0 height, 185 to 190 lbs.

was around 175lbs a few months ago but uni and way to fucking cold to bike everywhere so gained like a fucker(too much /ck/ time)

wanna get back to lean, over the summer betting i could get to a bout there fat loss wise( dont care about weight just intend to build some muscles)

main fat is stomach.

trouble is i just need a routine, i bike everywhere, have my calorie intake low and eat my veggies and protein, not gonna be near a gym for a while +too expensive,


thinking squats, push ups, v legs.

what else can i tac on and what frequency should i go at per week/ number of reps per. not sure how to go about it. liek 10-10-10 x2 4xWeek?

pls halp and give suggestions for stuff to add, doing pull ups/chin ups aswell if i cna find a place.

2X 10LBS weights, will be at a friends place and can use his weights, they are around 20lbs.
also have an 8 lbs sledge

not gonna do much with 10lb dbs work on your delts with those and get some bigger dumbells

also do a fuckton of pushups

Get some Olympic dumbbell handles and some plates. You can progress much better and there are lots of dumbbell workouts.

Workouts:
Curls
Rows
Bulgarian split Squats
Lunges
Lat raises
Shoulder shrugs
Squats
Dips
Like 100 other workouts that use dumbbells

Try to do a full body workout each time, saves time and feels great.

If you have money get a cage/rack a bench and a barbell.
