What's the best exercises to get rid of fat around my pecks and to get rid of fat around my stomach? Would I also need to do curls or pull ups with whatever exercises I need to do?

Former alcoholic here who had terrible belly and chest fat. Can confirm other anons adive. Eat right, count calories and workout. Tons of cardio and some lifting at first and then as time goes on you can even out that ration. I cut 40lbs of weight in about 7 months. I'm 12 months sober now and look pretty good for the first time in my life. It works.
Do fridge closes, and food put downs.
Every time you open the fridge close it.
Every time you lift food to your mouth, put it down. Should lose lots.
