Currently 24 hours deep on my first water fast
Attempting to cut a few lbs. before I go on vacation. Im supposed to hit the gym tonight but I currently feel terribly weak and empty. Is it really worth it to keep going?

No. Intermittent fasting will give you better results for less suffering and actually allow you to go exercise and be active during the day. It works. I go 14-15 hours fasting from wakeup to dinner drinking only water. Eat a giant meal over the course of an hour or two, then sleep.

I started doing exactly this yesterday as a method of cutting.
It's like muslims on Ramadan, only eat 1 meal after sunset.
my new cutting formula:
>love intermittent fasting
>love keto
>now do carbs in the monring before workout, oat shake immediately post workout
>no carbs besides that after workout
>intermittent keto fasting
feel good for workouts with no depleting effects, feel like im leaning out good in the evenings
