I need a bit of help regarding my calories.

>cardio, lifting and logging all food
I can't cut anymore calories, so I've decided to slowly increase to my BMR (1800), maintain for a few weeks while still exercising, then reducing to 1500.
Is this a good idea or am I just going to gain a load of weight that becomes impossible to drop?

Have you had any refeed days in there? When I did my stupidly steep cut, I had a massive bowl of rice every friday that would make me hit my standard daily intake. Kicked my system up a notch, and helped me burn through the fat a bt better imo.
Otherwise, spend a month or two at maintenance, and let your body get used to its new self, then start slowly cutting down the calories again.
Also, hit the qtddtot or /fat/

Taking vitamins on an extended fast is one of the worst things you can do, as your body tries to live off the vitamins instead of stored fat and you go into starvation rather than a fasted state.
I'm on day 13 of a fast, took vitamins for the first 2 days until I was bringing them back up and decided they weren't a good idea.

You don't need them. You aren't getting any high scores for more ketone bodies in your urine. As long as you eat <30g or so of carbs a day and your other marcos are in check, you'll be in ketosis. Ketone strip testing is pointless and a waste of money in this case.
After some googling i realised i have some telltale symptoms of heart disease and i know theres a history of heart disease in my family.
I'm in my early 20's and despite being fat I'm more active than i should be for someone my size, walking minimum 5 miles daily only stopping when my phone dies, it gets dark (i live in a place where you dont want to be out after dark), or risk of heat exhaustion/heat stroke(95+ degrees) get in the way.
My diet is likely the thing keeping me big even though for the past year i've more than tripled my vegetable intake and lowered my junk intake and cut out almost all sugary drinks(usually have one soda if eating socially), but i guess i have to go further.
Am i salvageable or am i fucked?

so I've heard a lot about beginner gains and how you can pretty much get them without doing anything.
Right now i'm losing weight but im not eating that well I'm just eating fewer calories in order to lose weight. If i lift am I still going to gain muscle even if i dont get enough protein? Should I not bother if im not going to eat well as well?
also gaining muscle isnt exactly what im going after right now I just need to lose weight because im horribly obese, i'm just wondering if i should lift while doing a pretty huge calorie cut and no attempt to hit macros as well

That's overstating it quite a bit, you still have to train. But you will make a lot of gains in the first 6 months or so with a proper workout.

Man I seriously hate how I look. I have been thinking of bleaching my face in hope it will improve my looks. I hate myself. The only thing that keeps me going is hope that one day I will be successful and will be banging 8/10 and life happily.
