One day eat nothing and do cardio,
Next day caloric surplus + heavy lifting,
Next day rest, eat maintenance,
Repeat for the next 3 days.
Is this retarded? If so, what would be a better way of losing fat and building muscle at the same time (not literally at the same time)?
Stop eating.
I really need to. Getting fat as fuck again
Pay me.

Hey /family/
I don't have trouble cutting, but always have trouble with energy levels while I'm cutting, and ever since I've started this new job - waiting tables, usually frantically running up and down several floors and back and forth across a huge restaurant - I get so, so tired. My shifts are long (2-2) and 5 days per week. It's constant motion and sometimes heavy lifting (stock).
My willpower is fine, but my energy levels are shit. I tried to compensate by eating more carbs (I usually try to stay under 50 net when I cut) but then I just stopped losing fat completely for three months.
Does anyone have any tips on how to not do a shitty job with no energy while still being able to lose this last ~10 pounds of fat I need off?

Take that first sip of the day
and then another
and then another
>>42112431
I've never had to drink those until recently and they do help to an extent with energy - usually 1-2 of the white ones during my shift plus free coffee - but I still get so sore and am completely obliterated by 2/3rds through my shift. My body hurts so badly by the end of the night.

accept it or quit
The paintings in the Magura cave represent dancing women, dancing and hunting men
>Eating meat is bad for you. vegans will dispute this
I think you have misunderstood the nature of this debate.

>>42112474
I mean I'm pretty awful, still using an 8 foot foam board, but it's a great upper body and core workout and I'm looking forward to getting goodenough wherre I can use a shorter board to duck dive and catch steeper faces
>>42112309
been surfing/bodyboarding since i was in 6th grade, currently 23. used to be sponsored by local boardshop but they went emo and kicked everyone off the team and rebuilt a new one 2 years after
Why everything must take so much time? To drop 70lbs It will take 5-6months and then at least 2 years of lifting to look decent.
Obviously don't get fat in the first place, dumbass.
>>42112226
how many cheese burgers did you have to eat to put on 70 lbs of fat? Now you gotta pay for those cheeseburgers. Repent for your burgers at the gym.
>spend entire life getting fat
>bitch about 5-6 months of getting down to normal size
i wish you were dead
Stop eating carbs, baka nii-san!

Busty nee-san > imouto
Nee-san would want me to get big and strong, though she'd want me all to herself.
Anyone here uses minoxidil for beard? I've been using it for 2 weeks, 1 ml twice a day and my face is dry, very bloated and I have terrible headaches in the morning. Anyone else has these? Should I stop?
>>42112066
Stopping would be advisable
>>42112066
I've been using it for two months and haven't had any problems.
Parts of my beard that previously were abomiably patchy (like 5 hairs per square inch) are starting to fill in noticeably more. Still not "good" by any means but I was surprised that it worked this fast. I've also noticed a few short hairs right in my hairline, which makes me think they're new.
Plan to keep on it for a while, I've heard that it actually does work if you can avoid the side effects.
>>42112434
shit maybe it's not for me then, shame I really wanted a beard

Why does getting your nutrition on point have to mean the death of spontaneity? With intermittent fasting, I know I can eat some desserts, candy, and junk food if I want to, but it all has to be planned to a fucking T.
I hate planning shit. In most situations, I'd rather just improvise. Which is why I hate that if someone asks me "hey, do you want to have a drink?" or "I made brownies, do you want one?" I can't just say yes because I already hit my numbers/have to factor it into the daily meal plan.
Does anyone else struggle with this? How do you handle it?
>>42111971
The trick is to have no friends or social life.
>>42111971
Spontaneity is learned behaviour repeated to the point of feeling innate.
Cook healthy long enough and you' be able to "spontaneously' whip up something nice and healthy. You just don't have a sufficient mental data-bank yet. Keep on track and it'll get easier with every passing month.
>>42112040
I'm talking more about situations where I already met my caloric requirement and can't say yes to offers of food or drinks.
We're all going to make it.
>>42111966
>>42111974
Don't listen to him, we all are gonna make it
>Sprained my ankle jogging, never doing cardio again
-Jogged on treadmill for like 2 miles and right foot started hurting
-Get off and limp back home, now I literally have to drag my right foot to walk
-Goodbye gains for a week or more
Never doing cardio on a cut again fml. Should I get to a doctor though?
sudden intense pain?
>>42111957
walk it off, nancy.
>>42111957
as a medical sonographer, i've seen way too many injuries associated with runners/joggers.
it's imo the worst type of cardio exercise one can do. just do low impact cardio like elliptical or swimming./
