The smallest plates in my gym make it so the next jump in weight for my OHP goes from 47.5kg to 50kg. That's a massive jump for OHP, especially as my third set of OHP (Greyskull) on 47.5 was a grinder.

Can Letrozole treat my gyno that I've had for about 8 years now (I'm 24)? I never took roids and don't plan on juicing, these puffy nips come from puberty. Is Letrozole a solution for that?

there's also no evidence that letrozole will fix gyno, and there's no rational basis for thinking it will. letrozole is a very powerful aromatase inhibitor which will lower your body's estrogen levels to almost zero which itself is a problem long-term
once mammary glands start to develop, crashing your estrogen levels won't make that tissue go away, it's a myth that steroid users perpetuate
the only actual fix for gyno is a minor surgery where the glandular tissue is removed
but I'll say it again: having puffy nipples doesn't mean you have gyno, if there's no palpable lump behind your nipples then you're fine, it's normal for some men to have slightly puffy nipples

I do use gloves. More because of dirty bars at my gym, but it's more comfortable too. I'm there to lift weight, not hurt myself, so why shouldn't I use those
No gloves ever. I build forearm and grip strength without them, only time I'd use grip assistance is wraps for deads/rows if I can't grip without.
Also bonus because women like the rough hand feeling, they think it's manly.

21yo, 6'1, 220, no clue what my body fat % is. Highly physical job but I spend all my free time in my computer chair. Eating habits have been pretty bad most of my life, was really obese at one point but I lost a lot of weight and gained some muscle (I think) at my current job.
first day of getting jacked. Lifted for an hour, 25lb dumbbell. Did bicep curls into shoulder press, dumbbell bench press one arm at a time, dumbbell pullovers, and goblin squats. 10-20 reps to failure, 3 sets. drank a big ass protein/creatine shake this morning and will drink one later today.
never posted on /fit/ before and I know this is a little bit cringy but am I doing this right? could use some tips on diet/things I do or don't need/how often to work what muscles.
