Really makes you think.
The really disheartening thing is we've reached the point that society doesn't even admit fat is bad. It's taboo to point out that someone's health problems are probably due to being 300 fucking pounds.

it's not the guideline's fault that Americans are too lazy and ADHD to read more than the first rule of the guideline

Is there a more arrogant dried fruit than figs?
>full of antioxidants
>sweet yet healthy
>lucious interior gel keeps me coming back for more

It knows its the shit. Look at that smug little cunt. Much more smug than the humble dried apricot. All hail the dried apricot.

>fig tree fruit fly fuck fest
goddammit you fucker i'm sick of figs
Ever had a fresh fig ? Gross, like eating a flower, no jammy goodness. Dried figs are the bomb. You know, to make a fig, a wasp has to crawl in there and die ? Then the fig grows around it. True story I think.

how 2 cook spinach to not taste like garbage?
Eat it raw, because it tastes great
My mother boils it in apple cider vinegar
You don't. It's disgusting no matter what. Anyone who says it tastes good is just spouting memes
>actually have celiac disease
>people think i'm just a gluten-free fad following normie
>uuuhhhh, do you have gluten free soy sauce
> "yep just a moment, customer san"

>no, but every bit helps
I don't know where the fad came from, but in a way it is nice to see people asserting themselves over nothing. Those server babes gotta hustle if they want their non-mandatory tips.

Be blunt about it. Say wheat makes you shit blood. Fewer people would fake it if they understood that's the condition they were pretending to have.
>>9228057
Many fattening foods happen to be made with white flour of wheat which contains gluten. Avoiding gluten means avoiding lots of junk food and making eating a conscious action, which results in weight loss.

I want to get into coffee.
I'm talking whole bean, home grinding coffee.
I like dark roasts (Starbucks Verona).
So what are some recommendations for:
1. Beans- country?
2. Grinder?
3. Prep- drip, press, moka?
Thanks!
>>9227470
Ease in to it.
Go to Starbucks, buy Verona whole bean, ask them to coarse grind it for press for you.
Take home. Use in press within the next 7 days, yea, you'll finish the bag.
Next try some of their special roasts, or go find some local sources of good beans. Again, if they can grind it for you, good. Meanwhile you have to realize that not having a great grinder means that you will have coffee with a lot of dust in it, or not uniform in size, and you'll have to oversteep or it's too watery and such.
tl;dr good grinders are a big investment
>>9227470
You don't "get into" coffee you pretentious hipster fuckwit
>Beans
Arabica, country doesn't matter as much but locally roasted beans will taste better
>Grinder
The cheapest one you can find with ceramic (or metal in a pinch) burrs. Stay away from blade grinders
>Prep
Up to you, though I wouldn't recommend drip. It's a matter of personal preference, some people prefer Reddit memes such as Aeropress over French press. Moka pots will give you something closer to espresso but it's not the same.
If you're interested in home espresso, note that it is a money pit. Decent machines start at $1000 new, and only start being good at around $2500. Less expensive machines are just steam toys

What food do you guys eat when you have an upset tummy?
A cigrit and a shit
I had food poisoning a few months ago and after my spewing had trouble eating for the next couple of days. Luckily my gf sat by my bedside and watched movies with me, fed me crackers and toast and kissed me on the forehead and rubbed my tummy so I felt better.
