Mcdonalds is "fast food" in america, AKA people get it to go or eat it and leave. Most people who go to mcdonalds dont eat it like they would eat restaurant food, so alcohol would seemingly promote drinking and driving.

Good swordsteak is getting to the pricey end of seafood, for the line caught game fishing rarity and aspect of it all, but often people do find it fishy tasting flesh, so hit it with that blackened seasoning. If you are limited in what you can do, keep pan roasting it or light your grill. It stands up well on shisk ke bob skewers too.

What kind of material is that? Rolled/carbon steel? In that case it doesn't need to be cleaned, the soda paste and scrubbing was enough to get any real dirt and nasty stuff off, what is left on the pan seems to be just seasoning. Not pretty, but nothing to worry about. If you really can't bear the sight, try electrolysis with sacrificial anodes, there are vids on youtube that explain this.
