Gorgeous artwork, looks professional.

Myself? I am not a fan of the fondant decorated cakes, especially black icing. I've been to a lot of goth parties (google goth cakes) and quincerias where the fondant cuban style cake is supreme, in Miami, but often just sugary moist old sponge cake, that doesn't have enough flavor in the moistness.

Need to know there is a delicious undericing there, and it's not an afterthought, but really thick and good buttercream,so I can peel off that fondant into the trash. Also a layer that is fruit, custard or other goodness between the moist cake.
