Mix it in a food processor on a low speed. Add that mixture to a pyrex or similar shallow dish and roll them until coated.

I do that but I mix it with an egg beater. The mixture is smooth but when I roll them they never get coated evenly.

Hi /ck/,
I want to eat better and get more greens in my diet but I'm also lazy and don't like buying fresh produce since it usually goes to waste before I can consume it. So the best alternative seems to be frozen vegetables. What are your favorite frozen veggie brands and items. Is pic related a good choice?

What this anon said. Frozen veggies can actually be more rich in nutrients compared to their "fresh" supermarket brethren because they are picked at the height of their ripeness. Just avoid mixes and don't ever buy anything with "sauce" on it.

What's the worst chain restaurant to work at? My vote is wafflehouse. Short order cooking is terrible, you have an audience of people watching while you try not to fuck up a ton of orders, and the pay sucks.
My place(not a chain, thought it would make discussion easier and more relatable with them tho) is laid back, above average pay for cooks in my city and great hours.
There's always a better spot than yours that's hiring. Why stick around at a place so terrible?
I like waffle house but I'd never even consider working there I'd rather go mickeydees and they are god awful

A friend picked up a job there part time for spending cash and quit after 2 weeks. Why would I not be confident? I'm not a chef, I cook at home. I know enough about ingredients and seasoning to not make something that tastes like pillock drippings. I can time stuff. This is pretty much all you need.
