When no one is around, do you eat with your mouth open?
>>7213851
Nope. Never.
I do what I want, when I want, regardless of who's around.
Regards,
The Alpha Male.
PS: No.

CLQ are really cheap by me.(39- 59 cents a lb) so they've become all i eat. Love em. But ive found that i can pan fry them in their own fat and now i dont need to buy oil. Only problem. Is they stick to the pan unless i let them almost burn. Can't find a recipe online. Anybody else do this? Everybody else do this?. Tldr... CLQ fried in its own grease techniques

Different chile sauces go with different cuisines.
None are universal.
Enough with the circle jerk, they're practically all good in their own way on specific types of cuisine.
ITT: those we couldn't save
>>7213583
I miss these
maybe I was young and had a tender mouth, but I remember these being an order of magnitude hotter than anything else

What kind of pizza does everyone want?
>tomato, basil, and mozzarella on artisan crust
>make sure it's cooked in a coal fired pizza oven!
Okay, now that the man-children have ordered, what does everyone else want?
>>7213574
ranch dressing, tater tots, bacon and nacho cheese, plox.
All the meats.
>inb4 anchovy tomato pizza
Normal pizza of course (dougnnut batter crust, filled with artificially flavored french vanilla "creme", and topped with buffalo chicken wings, doritos salsa verde, real bacon bits, three kinds of cheese whiz, and spiced mystery meat from the Sysco truck.
Anyone who doesn't like what I like is just being pretentious.
What is the best type of jam/jelly/preserves and why is it blackberry?
>>7213172
Snapper you old dog.
Don't forget boysenberry, the interbred (not inbred) cousin I love to suck on.
>>7213172
>really hoping this thread takes off so i can lurk because i love jam more than a gay grizzly bear
I make a blackberry lime jam and a blackberry cinnamon cocktail syrup. I sell them locally, they are among my most popular products.

How do I cook lentils
Microwave on high
>>7213077
Just boil them in slightly salted water with a few bayleaves until you reach your consitency. Add a little less water if you want to make them into mash. Also little drizzle of vinegar at the end.
This kind goes well with grilled sausage or fried egg and slice of sourbread + pickle.
Can't get simplier than that
>>7213084
I love this one when I'm out of money. It's rly cheap and you'll feel full even the day after.
This is a little ghost pepper.
In what dish would you use this and how?
I'll start.
I'd make ghost pasta with it, cut it up, fry it a bit in butter, then proceed to make pasta sauce with that and boil pasta.
That does hit the spot.
>>7213057
due to awesome thread about it earlier, ghost chili oil
>>7213057
For breakfast, I'd slice it up and saute it with some onion, and bell pepper before adding eggs, cumin, salt, pepper, and tumeric before tossing it all in a tortilla for a breakfast burrito / wrap. Top that bitch with some salsa and serve with a side of beans.
For dinner, I'd chop that bitch up with some garlic and ginger and add it to a stir fry before serving it all over rice.
That, or I'd use it in an Indian curry.
Lots of options.
Makes me want to grow some more bhut plants, desu....
Basic chili
Jerky also
I dunno that's what I've made with mine
I made some Carolina Reaper chili awhile ago with the few I grew, shit was hot as fucking fuck
Please give me your typical shopping list. I wanna learn how to shop because I usually always end up buying the same things and I'm sick of microwaveable pasta and doritos.
Thanks ! (budget is unlimited)

Nothing
Cheese board and a bottle of riesling
Annoyances with eating habits/food in general.
I'll start:
>People who eat all of one component of a dish before moving onto another component.
This is bad for two reasons. First, it means that you do not appreciate the combined flavours of the dish as intended. Secondly, it means that the person fails to appreciate that the best way to consume their least favourite component (i.e. a certain vegetable) is in small amounts in between mouthfuls of nicer components.
>>7212792
More:
>Everyone knows this yes, but people who make no effort to not eat loudly/with their mouth open.
>People who eat a shared snack/food item very quickly, forcing you to eat too quickly or miss out on your share.
>Bad table manners in an adult. My Father is absolutely terrible. He eats SUPER quick, and then proceeds to do stupid shit with all the time he was to wait for others. This includes: Reaching across the table, grabbing some food with a fork/spoon, and putting it directly in his mouth (especially annoying when its a shared dessert where you may want more). Wiping up leftover sauce from his meal with his finger and (LOUDLY!) licking it off. Also prior/during eating: Serving himself some sauce from a jar and then taking a big spoonful at the end and putting it straight in his mouth. Eating loudly. To top this all off, he is incredibly impatient and will comically get agitated very quickly if he's sat down ready to eat and his wife is finishing something off in the kitchen, before racing through his food, causing him to wait several minutes for his wife.
The only thing I can commend him for is the rule of waiting for everyone to be served before starting to eat. Although this isn't entirely true as he can't help but sometimes pick at his meal and have a quick mouthful.

How do you cook fish to get the most nutrients out of it? Preferably in a budget friendly way, but I'll take what I can get. Trying to get fit and there's nothing on /fit/'s sticky about how to cook anything except vegetables.
>>7212779
>How do you cook fish to get the most nutrients out of it?
WHAT DOES THIS EVEN MEAN?
I HATE YOU!
HAPPY NEW YEAR.
>>7212779
well if you boil it for about 5 hours you'll probably remove all the nutrients from it
though why you'd want to remove nutrients from fish I have no idea
>>7212781
Can't tell if sarcasm or serious, but I guess the question doesn't make a lot of sense. I'll go in depth a little
How do I cook fish in a way that isn't frying it, while keeping its nutritional value as high as I can?
p.s. sorry for the humongous image file, had no idea it was that big
