I did when I saw what was happening, but I didn't even think. I just moved and I'm completely out of the habit of cooking (especially bread) so I just went about it like I ordinarily would.

Should the heating element being there not really be an issue then, or is it just going to kind of suck for baking do you think?

I would recommend just looking around your local supermarkets / Good Will-esque shops. The shipping cost of mugs generally doesn't make it worth it online unless you find something you really like.

Yeah, I served it hot and it had garlic in in too, and the peppers tasted too sweet and didn't go with it. But last night everything came together better and the peppers were more mild and garlicy too. I'll make it again now, but in advance and eat it cold.

If I actually do need skim milk for a recipe, due to its texture, I'll just mix a small amount of powdered milk into water. Certainly not paying for a jug of the shit.

I have a female friend who likes Skinny Russians (White Russian made with skim). I do this and she never notices the difference.

I tried it quite a while ago, for about two weeks, out of morbid curiosity. It wasn't worth it. It'll never be worth it.

As long as it has the right bacteria in fermentation, it qualifies as that type of cheese. Whether you like it aged or young, is preference, as it is for most cheeses.
