Please give me your typical shopping list. I wanna learn how to shop because I usually always end up buying the same things and I'm sick of microwaveable pasta and doritos.

Thanks ! (budget is unlimited)

My list has two parts:
1. Things I always keep on hand, but don't have to buy very often since I buy them in reasonably big quantities and they have long storage lives:
Salt, sugar, flour(s), oatmeal, rice, dried legume(s), whole dried spices (always buy whole spices and grind as needed), dried chiles, dried fruit, onions, garlic, carrots, celery, oil(s), butter. Potatoes would belong on this list if I liked eating potatoes regularly, I prefer to bake bread to serve as my primary carb.

2. Every few days I ride my bike to the store(s) and buy perishable things I plan to eat in the next few days, plus anything I need to replenish from the previous list. This usually means:
- several different fresh fruits and vegetables, largely depending on what's in season or cheap
- meat and dairy products (usually just for special occasions)
- fresh herbs as needed for particular dishes (sadly no gardening where I live...)
