This is no joke. Let's see what you faggots know how to cook.
Pic unrelated.

Irish mixed grill

No. That isn't one ingredient. Also they eat nothing but potatoes.

Big throbbing cock, OP's favorite meal.
I made filet mignon and jalapeƱo poppers! First time!
looks OK famboni. why did you put sticks in the meat though?
>>7208860
My guess would be to keep the bacon in place.
>>7208858
Post cut steak so we can see how overcooked it is.
>make pizza from scratch, including the dough
>thick crust
>put it in the oven
>cook for 14 mins
>the crust is golden, the cheese is boiling
>the inside is fucking raw
>cook for 5 more minutes
>it's still fucking raw
What am I doing wrong?
Pic unrelated - not my pizza

>>7208643

Can anyone name this food stuff?
Lemon poppyseed cake?
Lemon poppyseed Bread/muffin/cake/etc.
Fucking good.
Orange poppy seed muffin. 7/11's ones are surprisingly tasty.
The food is great. The issue is, I like raw tortillas that aren't steamed/pressed. How do I communicate that to the truck workers? Their English is poor.
>>7208262
When encountering waitstaff that don't speak English, Asians usually have a number system. Ask /int/ tho I don't speak Espanini
>>7208262
"Just fuck my shit up hombre"
They'll crack and fall apart in your hands if they arnt steamed or pressed. Just let them do their thing you dingus.
Does anyone have any experience with Becherovka? I am close to buying a bottle of it but no one I've talked to knows how it tastes!
Also, general liqueur/spirits thread! What do you like, and why do you like it?
Anyone tried Chartreuse? How would you describe it?
>>7208190
Jager for hipsters
>>7208232
Well what makes you say that? I am genuinely interested in it but the price makes me think twice. The reason I really don't like Jager is the strong anise flavor.
okay guys, first time cooking a whole chicken. How did I do?
>>7207951
I don't know, but I want to stick my dick in that.

Its your life, stick your penis into what ever you want.
Hey, I've been asked out on a date and I have a choice between a Lebanese restaurant and a Moroccan restaurant for dinner. Which cuisine is better ? Which one would you choose ? I never had either.
Thanks.
>>7207827
zhey arr cook zhe same
>>7207827
Both are badass. Both had some French colonial influence, while being regional variations on some similar themes. If you like a more Middle Eastern vibe go Lebanese - it's like a mix of Middle Eastern and Greek - tough to miss if grilled meat and salads are your thing. If you prefer spicy meat stews and lamb sausage or really like couscous Moroccan is your jam.
I ever so slightly lean toward Lebanese unless I was in the mood for spicy.
Lebanese by a mile. Morrocan restuarants pretend to be good but it's a flat out lie and their shit is just minced up everything fried, boiled, and seasoned to death with stuff that makes your sweat stink and too much rice
Scotch novice here, what are some good ones you like? How do you take it? What should I try next?
Pic related, first purchase.
>>7207822
Glenlivet 12, Dalmore 12, Macallan 18 (pricey, but worth it).
>>7207822
What did you think of your first purchase?
I bought a sherried whisky as my first bottle (mostly by guess work) and loved it. I've since tried smoky/peaty whisky and hated it. So I would suggest going careful with what you buy, as they are very different.
I just got a bottle of Dalwhinnie 15 as a present, which is my first bottle on unsherried single malt (ive had blends and bourbons though). Not tried it yet, but a lot of reviews say its good for beginners.
>>7207881
I really liked it, definitely smoother than anything else I've tried, drinking it neat is totally bearable for a novice. Glenfiddich 12 is the only other straight single malt I've tried that I enjoyed, laphroiag and glenlivet 12 was a little much and I had to water them a bit but they weren't too bad.
That's basically all I've tried so far.
Rate my Irish breakfast, lunch and dinner. Old family recipe.
>>7207775
10/10 if pan-fried, and with spinach
>>7207775
you jest but i can and have eaten potaties at every meal and enjoyed it very much. It truly is a healthy and delicious vegetable
Has anyone ever tried the Secret Sauce from Jack in the Box?
I cannot eat a burger without it, it's so good.
>>7207763
It tastes like mustard, thousand island and the blood of Jim Morrison.

SECRET SAUCE
Ingredients:

it makes the burritos better, and everything else worse
/ck/, what's your secret to great green bean casserole?
Lots of the fried onions.
Frying up some bacon, then cook chopped onion and sliced mushrooms in the bacon fat. Add some garlic, salt pepper, fresh thyme, flour to make a roux, then milk to make a bechamel. Add some nutmeg and some sharp cheddar, mix it together with green beans, top with buttered panko and bake it.
not using canned mushroom slop.
