I've actually realized that. Bechamel is good in many things, but it just doesn't have that much of a bite and can gum up the works when it comes to mac n' cheese.
Maybe a light bechamel to coat, but the main flavor would be the shredded cheese.
What does /ck/ think of the George Foreman grill? Innovative and compact grilling apparatus, or glorified hot plate?

Just for myself. Won't be soggy, or reheated, meant to be eaten cold. It's not amazing food, just enough to get me through Friday. Don't expect anything great it's just a typical weekday lunch.

Americunt here going to Europe in a month for a tour with an orchestra. In 10 days, were from from Frankfurt -> Prague -> Vienna -> and back to Frankfurt to fly back.

Do you guys like this show? How does it compare to Kitchen Nightmares?
I just watched episode 1 of season 2 last night, the one where they turn Piratz Tavern into Corporate Bar & Grill.
So I do believe this guy has good practices and knows his shit, and it is obvious why that bar was losing money, but did he really think that making a corporate themed bar was a good idea? What the fuck? Why would people want to leave their office to go to an office themed bar. That's just fucking idiotic and a terrible marketing strategy.
