Basically, you just prepare it as you wish (braised with herbs and vegetables is pretty good), then you give it a good coating of brandy, and hit it with a lighter.
The burning action creates a thin but delicious layer of brandy caramel on top of the rabbit.
You have now created haute cuisine for the price of a shot or so of cheap brandy.
If you have guests, you will have impressed them.

The main "trick" is to make sure it burns off. If it only partially burns, then it will have a bit of a bitter taste. Once the initial "flash-over" abates, give it a quick search for unburned booze. This is easier with one of those extended lighters with the long "nose".

Have you noticed an improvement in your health since you cut out grains?
Since I've cut back on grains my belly isn't so swollen, I think it's the gluten in the wheat that does it. But man, I feel so energy depleted, my body is screaming out for grains as energy.
I'm making a cottage pie right now. Taking breaks in between prep work.

Yeah carbs typically hold onto water so reducing them probably lowered water weight. If you just started it is tough to eat less carbs, but after a while on low carb diet your body will start to use fats instead and you will feel better
