>>
>>1177141
Cars will sell exceedingly well. That said, the stock is too overvalued and the P/E is fucked to no end. Everyone in my office thinks it's a hot tip to buy the thing; that's a bad sign.

It will probably increase in the short term despite all logic, but at the first sign of market turmoil, it will sink like a brick. The moon train for TSLA is over.

This. It's not good to buy meme stocks.
Once they're memes they've already been on everyone's radar tooooo long.

Alright /biz/ I've just had the worst day.
I found my ultimate dream property.
In the perfect location.
Unbelievably cheap.
Perfect.
But I'm a poorfag.
I'm am studying small biz management.
But have no credit rating and work for cash.
I could afford the repayments but no bank would loan me the money. No family to borrow from no way to do what I need to do.
So depressed.
Any advice on a solution?

Pic unrelated.

Further information.
Property 65000
I own no other property.
I own 2 cars outright total value approx 6000

No real savings.

I honestly see no feasible solution and that has me even more depressed.

>No real savings.

.. and that's where dreams meet reality.

Why not start a campaign on FundANYTHING and promise to invite anyone over a -
$50/100 Donation - Dinner Party invite at your place
$200 donation - housewarming party invite, stay overnight if wanted.
$500 donation - your guest for a week
$1,000 donation - your guest for 2 weeks
$5,000 donation - your guest for 1 month

- breakfast, meals and/or drinks could be provided free, Internet, linen, towels, etc, or perhaps use of a cleaner/housekeeper, at appropriate package price, just some numbers to work with, I may be way off.

Hey /biz/, I'm moving out of home soon and I'm obviously going to need to do some budgeting, can anyone point me in the direction of program or app to help with that.
Also, any tips on saving money and all that would be greatly appreciated.

Stop falling for this meme. Just use a pen and paper. All software does will overly complicate a simple thing. Budgeting is a good thing to learn. How will you budget when computers go extinct?

I'm 19 and moved out in march. What do you want to know? How much money do you have and what are your constant expenses? Where do you live and how much do you want to spend on food?
Pro tip: learn cooking and how to use spices, you can cook some delicous meals even on a budget and it is really not hard.
Do you have a car, does your city have good public transport?

Any idea how a neet with social anxiety could earn some money? I must fucking kill myself if I can't get some money to move out.

I've been in this boat for a number of years and I eventually got a high paying job that paid six figures. But it took me years studying arcane bullshit to pull this off and even then it was mostly a fluke... I don't recommend this life style to anyone. If you can -- please do everything you can to try change your personality by going out of your comfort zone before your health declines to the point where that's no longer possible. It only gets worse the longer you stay like this and being a normie puts life on easy mode.
>>
>>1177056
I earn a living from some web app bullshit, but now I have the money to move out I'm too scared to.

Don't think money gonna cure your anxiety. I still feel killing myself is probably how it's going to end. Change yourself if you can as this guys says >>1177057

As this is a device for Airbnb users, have you considered reaching out to AirBNB? I'm sure they will see the value of this lock and can help you advertise it to their userbase. They will take a portion of the proceeds, of course.
>>
>>1177007
10 digit? Is that necessary? Most door locks are 3 to 4 digits. Also, you should make internet and smart phone mandatory for datamining.

The fire rises.
>>
Workspace is goverened by idiotic cuck culture, pointless meetings and HR cunts. All of this was durable in times where work= family with kids, but nowadays because of female workforce your effective salary was cut in half. Also young people can't get jobs thanks to a worthless culture and the fact that most of them hardly have employable skills, and a worthless major.
>>
Never. This generations version of rising up is signing an online petition and joining a facebook group.

As someone who works 40 a week at a fast food place, with a broken down body and someone who cant past general ed courses ad a community college. How can I become wealthy and save for a family? I make 10 an hour and want to make atleast 17 an hour to be happy forever and can treat myself

Get out of fast food and into some wage slave job desk jockeying paperwork. Government is great for this, and they have pensions for longtimers. I'd suggest post office, but maybe tsa or something equally mind numbing but physically undemanding would be better. You're not lifting boxes like you would on the post office, and rarely have to do anything more strenuous than a pat down as a tsa agent.

Hi /biz/

I am extremely new to investing, am 21 years old and put in 40 hour weeks at a fast food joint. I have just begun considering investing, and while I know I don't have a foundation stable enough to let my money work for me yet, I would still like to plop down a few bucks every month to get my feet wet.

My doomsdayist friends talked me into buying a petty amount of silver bullion recently, and while I feel like that's a safe, if modest investment, I'd like to get into the big scary world of stocks and bonds. To that end, I have a few questions that I'm sure will piss experienced traders off.

>How do I find a trustworthy broker that will work with metaphorical peanuts?
>How might I determine a reasonable amount to set aside each period, and how liquid I should make it?

I might have more questions with dialogue. In any case, enjoy this spider

Don't worry, you won't find many of those here.
I'm sure someone who shills for RobinHood will be along shortly to advise you.
>>
>>1176893
I'd still appreciate any input or thoughts from mid-level amateurs. I really have no clue where to start, but I have several companies I want to invest in.
>>
>>1176899
Start by saving enough money that you won't go into debt if you have some minor emergency (car breaks down, you lose your job, broken leg, etc.)

Once you've done that, start plugging any extra earnings into your 401k up to the company match, because that means guaranteed ROI. If you put 4% of your salary into a 401k, and you're employer matches that 4%, you've literally doubled your money, with no risk, and that's all before any investment gains.

Once you've done all that, and still have money to play around with at the end of the month, come back and ask the retards around here what penny stocks to buy or what the next bitcoin will be.

How the fuck do we solve the manchild-problem? I mean, so many white males are just dropping out of life because they're pathetic vermin. Instead of making a family, and most importantly, children, they just rot in front of their computers every single day, watching anime or playing stupid video games. I personally know at least 3 of these subhumans, and they all have certain things in common: gave up and became neets, some went to university, earn a decent amount of money, but either waste the money on trivial horseshite or save it for no apparent reason, or waste on on manchildren collections (comics, katanas, anime shit), have absolutely no interest in politics, history, anything else but their shitty manchild hobbies, politically passive, don't give a fuck about what's happening to their country, absolutely NO productive hobby, 95% of free time is spent in front of their computer watching degenerate anime. So /biz/ how do we solve the man child problem?
50 posts and 4 images submitted.
>>
Make the standard for being a manchild caring about dumb things like politics and nonsense like that instead of anime and interesting stuff.
And there, your problem is completely reversed!
>>
Replace welfare programs with forced labour camps. Neets put to good use. Will light a fire under their ass for when they return to normal society.
>>
>>1176800
That's not really OP's issue though, he says that he also thinks people who went to university and aren't on welfare programs and make their own money are also bad people.

Fuck no. You're delusional if you think you'll ever see a single cent of SS. Just count it as an extra tax.
>>
SS will not exist by the time you and I reach retirement

It will die with the boomers

You're not guaranteed shit with the government besides higher taxes and less freedoms
>>
>>1176783
yes, you will get it. it will likely be a percentage of what it is now though. the only way for these other idiots scenario to play out is if zero dollars were entering the SS system, which will never happen. if there is less money going out than coming in, everyome will eventually be forced to accept a smaller amount
