My question is, what's a good current niche to latch onto and get a decent viewership right off the bat? Pokemone Go is popular but way too saturated.

True, but I want to keep my reputation. Honestly I don't care about either side as long as I make money but if anyone recognized my name, my face, voice, or anything and tracked me to that channel I would be fuuucked.
Plus there's no ad revenue in having your channel and adsense account blocked, unless you can manage to use the controversy to generate traffic to your website which runs ads that aren't adsense ads.
What the fuck. The Bitcoin halving had zero effect on price. Zilch. None. Shouldn't it logically be twice the price right now?

I applied for a summer internship around 6 months ago. i uploaded my real transcript and was rejected.
a week ago, i got an email saying i was invited to apply to a different position. this time, i altered my grades significantly on my transcript and resubmitted by application.
what are the chances that they saved my transcripts pdf from last time?

Hey /biz/ I'm in the US and I just got offered a job working remotely for a startup based in the UK. They're offering to set my salary in GBP rather than USD and pay me as an independent contractor.
So my question is, should I take that offer or should I ask that I be paid at a specific rate in USD instead? Basically, can the GBP-USD exchange rate go any lower, or is it only going to go up from here?

Hedge against the pound falling with futures. You will not lose any money if the Pound falls, but you will not gain any money if the Pound rises.
You want to sell pound futures (or buy Dollars Futures in Pounds, I think this exists) that way if the Pound falls, the amount you lose in your salary is made up for with your winnings in the futures market. Unfortunately, any gain you make in salary is lost in the futures market.

Ok /biz/ I have around 37,000 USD in the form of a trust which was set up by my grandfather before he passed away. It was specifically to be used for college and to buy me a car, however I opted to work to pay for my car and currently am paying for college.
Now this trust has slowly been withdrawn from by the other person named on it (my dad) to pay for things he dubs as "stuff I should be paying for." I want to take this 37,000 and do something with it rather than have it sitting in a just above inflation account basically rotting but everytime I make an attempt to take some of it and invest it the other name refuses to let me.
Bit of back story: My dad is a fucking dumbass and cant manage money for shit ( He nearly lost everything when he was in his 30's) and thinks Im going to incinerate it all by dumping it all into brazillian copper mine penny stocks or some shit.
So Im turning to you /biz/
What the fuck should I be doing with this money?

Working 40h/week this summer as a trainee developer/researcher at a tech startup. I'm a 21 and next year I will be a 3rd year mechatronics student.
Pros and cons of the job:
Cons
> getting out of bed early
> shit pay
> no (paid) breaks
> have to work hard (work in the same room as my boss)
Pros
> this shit is actually fun
> learning usefull and interresting things
> work experience
> boss is nice a fuck
> I'm actually being fucking productive for once in my vacation
Am I becoming a wagecuck /biz/? I was expecting a fucking horrible experience, but I'm actually enjoying the shit out of it atm.
