k faggots, I'm going to tell you how I make money on crypto trading for the past year without any bullshit. no, you won't become a millionaire that can travel the world and never work a job. I make enough to live in a shitty studio apartment by myself, eat decently, and have a dozen extra benjamins at the end of the month.

1. I use a capital of $1000 to maximize gains while being of no influence to any markets and to minimize my maximum possible loss

2. I trade for the entire time I am awake. I shitpost on 4chan, watch youtube videos, but all the while I am looking at the charts and news sections for the coins. I do this for 16+ hours per day. Yeah, I stop to take a shit and make a pizza or whatever, but when I'm awake, I'm trading. Most retards spend like an hour per day on this shit and get assmad that they ended up missing out.

3. I don't trade on margin(stopped after a while) because I can't stand the stress, the fees, etc.

4. I cash out at $10+ and I do this multiple times per day. My daily gains vary widely from $30-$300. $50-$100 is the most common.

5. I put my money into 1-4 different coins so I don't get fucked in a single swipe without over-complicating shit.

I make enough to live in a shitty studio apartment by myself. Do this shit, stop being NEETs, and move out(or don't if you don't want to leave). I have to report this on your taxes as capital gains or the IRS will send me to pound-me-in-the-ass prison. I do this because I'm legitimately autistic and I don't feel comfortable in most work environments. This allows me to live in a way that is comfortable TO ME.

To reiterate with a big warning, I spend about 80 hours per week(half ass hours sitting on my computer) to make ABOUT $2,500 per month. This is for hardcore NEET autists that refuse to be near people and work, not regular guys that want to make loads of monies. I'm literally making like the equivalent of $15 an hour at a normal full time job, AKA minimum wage. Ask whatever else you want if at this point this shit interests you guys.

What coins are you holding for long term?

I made like $30k just by holding ETH (sold most of it around the $15 mark)

I always lose money trading so I just hold promising cryptos long term.

So far i'm in,In order of investment size:

>DAO (ETH)
>BTC
>WAVES

What other coin is a good long term hold?

I've been reading up on CFD and to me it seems they could make you a millionaire overnight or live in poverty for the rest of your life, because of the incredible leverages. Am I at least going somewhat in the right direction of understanding CFDs?

Thank you for elaborating, appreciate your comment a lot.
>>
>>1386850

I've traded a bit with forex on CFDs, the EUR/GBP/USD is usually the only ones with good spreads. If there is a sudden spike in the wrong direction, you usually lose too much to recover because of the leverage. If you make 9 good calls and one bad call, you will lose all your money. You break one of the most important rules of finance; position sizing.

What I do have however is high grades, passed CFA level 1, have a few academic achievements, play sport and some ECs.

To fill out the middle of my resume I was thinking of listing various skills such as financial modelling - then using dot points to explain university projects I did well in, what they involved etc.

Good idea or bad?

Its not like you'll have another choice, just do it.
Looks like you're starting way to late.
>>
>>1386817
Start bullshitting and padding out your resume. I had the job expetience but no degree or skills i said I did yet I listed them. Still got called for a couple interviews. Whats going to be important is not so much whats on ur resume, its how you can back up your bullshit and do well during your interview
>>
>>1386817
Lie.

Add some volunteer work. Add in a fictional internship and use your uncle/neighbour/grandmother as your reference.

And lie convincingly.

Should an employee that is a cocky, arrogant lone-wolf, who doesn't really fit in with company culture, but consistently brings in clients, knows his shit, closes deals, and makes money, be promoted to managing director?
36 posts and 5 images submitted.
>>
If the culture in your company is not about closing deals and making money, there is something wrong in it.

The only reason he should be fire is if his behaviour is so toxic it doesn't set a good example for the coworkers.

Being arrogant and cocky is tolerable.
>>
>>1386659
Depends on his competition for the job and how much of an arrogent lone wolf he is.

Does everyone literally hate his guts? Most likely a bad decision unless his value is a good amount above his drawbacks.

I'm hoping it'll all go down a few bucks so I can get in on a further low. What is the purpose of Ethereum, though? No use as a silk road type coin; those sites and methods are proven insecure. No use as a normie currency; Bitcoin has that market completely monopolized.

Is the real value of Ethereum 5 years away?

ITT we talk about making money online
I have some specific-ish questions, but general discussion is encouraged because its all useful, or at least interesting

If possible I'd like to make a full living this way, but for now money on the side is good too.

Specifically, what I would / wouldn't be interested in:
would be:
>any form of content creation (images, videos, music, reviews, articles, etc)
>creating / hosting a website
>freelance / contracting work IF I can learn the subject in less than a few months, and can be done entirely online
>open to any other ideas

wouldn't be:
>buying and reselling items
>gambling
>extremely risky investments. I'd love to hear them because they're interesting, but just a heads up I'm likely to go with something less risky
(I'm not saying I don't want any risk, obviously everything has some risk. I just don't want to throw my money against the wall)

I'm interested in stuff like the stock market and maybe crypto-currencies, but would rather not get into that stuff in this thread
(unless you have something particularly groundbreaking, cus there are plenty of threads for stocks / CCs)

Questions:

>what are some examples reliable ways to make money online (I know anything I pursue has some risk)

>any sites like YouTube, where content creators take a cut of the ad revenue.
>Preferably with a reasonable amount of users

>alternative ways to make money online? eg: patreon or kickstarting a successful product, etc

>general tips - what to do / not to do - common mistakes - etc

If you don't have any answers to my questions, just discuss shit with others idrc

yeah dailymotion is doing alright atm
dont know anyone who watches their videos but im sure if you marketed your stuff well itd make some money

but then again the same goes for utube, why not just do that?
>>
>>1385379
Apparently YouTube has started seriously cutting down the CPMs of their content creators
so not only will I be competing with millions of other wannabe pewdiepies and vloggers and prank channels
(don't want to do any of that shit, just saying it'll be hard to wade through the shite)
the revenue will actually be going down over time

So I'd rather find some site thats growing somewhat quickly and jump onto that wave

Speaking of which, anyone know of any sites that show the fastest growing sites / apps?
>>
I have a site or 3
It's really hard to make money and get a consistent flow of traffic. The moment I stop advertising it, the moment the traffic stops.
It's really saturated. Takes years to built enough content to get a decent traffic flow. Unless you program some sort of new app or program that advertises itself, but that's really hard and good idea's are rare, and then you need to know a lot about programming to make it. And then you find out someone else has done it already before you.

I'm in a good mood and wanna buy some stocks. Let's say I have $100 to throw into the waste bin, what broker could you recommend? I want it to be as simple as possible.
