What's your excuse for not having your own venture capital backed startup?
>>1636153
Im not a trust fund baby
>>1636153
I have so much faith in my start up that I dont want to attract outside capital, because I don't want to share the profits with the investors or be in any way influenced by them. Interesting theme though, I always remember the Israeli guy who raised 800 mil for his miscarriage of a car battery swapping company and went bankrupt after selling only 1500 cars total. Remembering this story always makes me smile a bit.
why do they all use laptops I hate that meme the most

> How is it free?
They invest your unsettled funds after a trade. It's also pretty basic shit.
> When is it coming to my country?
Never. They only have "plans" on an Australian beta.
> It's been X days, why isn't my account verified yet?
If it takes more than 3 days, email their support. They are very good.
> Is this the place to pump and dump and/or shill a worthless stock?
NO! THIS IS 4CHAN, A PLACE OF POLITENESS AND PROFESSIONALISM!!!
> I hit sell when the stock was X.XX, but it actually sold at a lower price, am I being jewed?
No, that would actually be illegal. Robinhood graphs are just shit and only show you an average, not-really-realtime price. To get Bid/Ask prices and important things like candlestick graphs, you should use a more robust platform. -- (also learn difference between LIMIT and MARKET orders!!!)
> Where can I get better charting or bid/ask?
thinkorswim is bretty gud if you want a 2nd account with real broker.
Otherwise you should be using stockcharts.com, finviz, or a non-pile-of-shit for your graphing in addition to Robinhood.

>You're shit at everything: writing, animation, music, programming, graphics, accounting, social skills, cryptocoin trading, stock trading.
>You know you're destined for failure.
That's why I personally am beyond butthurt that I didn't find out about bitcoin back when it was just 0.01 or 0.001 a piece. Even with just 1000 dollars I could have made a killing.
All I had to do was not sell when it reached 32 dollars and fell to 2.
Now I'll never make my dreams come true to live like a happy gamer and help save the animation and video game industry.
>Screaming and crying intensifies.
70 years of harsh living in the streets, here we come.
>You'll never turn into a butterfly.
Tfw I'm good at all of those but can't into socialization
What do I do?
>>1635300
op I could teach you a bit about web dev, you can go to programming from there
I have $2000 to invest. This is money I've saved up over 5 years
I'll invest it (not all in one stock) wherever /biz/ tells me too. Post meme stocks ITT
>>1635219
You should watch the anime Kaiji, the difference between fools and winners is the man who puts his faith in others and not himself.
>>1635219
If it takes you 5 years to save up $2000 you should really invest that into some education rather than memecoins.
>wherever biz tells me to
wasted 5 years
>decide to take 2 months off to work on my startup
>3 weeks in
>played a lot of games online and slept in a lot
i-is this the path to sucess?
>>1635201
No. Not really. No.
>>1635201
start taking this time seriously or you're fucked mate
>>1635201
You took the time to work. You're not working.
What do you think is going to be the outcome?
What is the startup? Tech?
>be 22
>get first job ever at a distribution center
>parents super excited thinking it'll cure my clinically diagnosed Asperger's
>first day get sent home after 3 hours with one other person
>it wasn't that hard and I enjoyed it
>second day they tell me not to come
>start to feel they don't want me
>I've heard of places cutting hours instead of firing
>third day sent home after 45 minutes but sent 6 other home as well
Is this how all jobs are? No wonder people get 2-3 jobs.
>>1635171
The feels. No, it's not, Anon. I'm sorry.
File for unemployment / underemployment.
You may be able to get paid for full 8 hours if you came in and got sent home. Check your labor laws,

With a job? WITH A JOB? Man the wagecucking and beta-orbiting stereotypes are true. Americans really are just as dumb and naive as russians.
Couldn't find a resume thread in the catalog.
I've been running a business for the last year, but things aren't going well. Due to the job market I've been forced to seek employment with a government agency to continue funding my business activities.
I've written up a new resume and would appreciate some feedback on it. I'm looking to enter law enforcement.

Bump
Way to vague at the specifics, lots of buzzwords. Cut the tutor shit.
Cut all the specifics of your 8 fucking studies?(3 bachelors wtf?) Only go into details about points relating to the job you want. Don't just mention a list of courses you took.
Al those "studies" languages, are you any good at any of those? Else cut them. Cut music, cut sports, cut writing, cut martial arts, cut clubs, remove the programming you are not good at .
All in all you just write to many buzzwords and not enough actual numbers. You are "owner" at like 3 things, and I have no clue how big those things are.
I get pist of just reading your resume its so much fluf.
Post the best deal you've ever made
>got this from a kid 20 years ago in exchange for a bag of mcdonalds fries
>take good care of it
>it's worth $1000+ now in mint condition
dumb fat kid bet he's kicking himself now
You owe your mommy some of that, she did pay for those fries, afterall.
Is that one of those cards that don't have the glossy coating?

Hi,
I am looking for an anon in SEA, we spoke about wood industry a couple of days ago, but the thread died. I need more info about your teak wood.
I'm not the guy, maybe you could check some local shops in the Philippines for wood. If you can go here you must definitely visit Paete, Laguna
>>1633718
thanks for the advice, i will look into it. Still would be nice to talk to that guy again..

Wait till trumps first major fuckup. Itll hit the moon.
And i voted for him.
It always happens
Does anyone else feel physically repulsed by minimum wage workers? Like it just feel like their lack of success in life is contagious. Talking to a service worker for more than the minute it takes to order will make me feel ill.
Does anyone else feel the same?
The vast majority of minimum wage workers are overpaid. They fucking suck at everything, but expect to be paid to be alive. I cani't wait for robots to take over the jobs.
>>1629761
I don't mind if they're young I worked some shit tier jobs while I was at uni.
But the ones who are about 40 and have worked in McDonalds all their life are just awful.
I can't get a job with an engineering degree so I work minimum wage
I'm wagecucking away at my current job, and I'm about 3 months in. Even though the job is relatively simple I still dread going into work every day, waking up early, commuting with subhumans, etc.
I make a little over $3000 USD a month and save about half of it, but I still hate my life. Most wagecucks are lucky to make even half that.
How do you guys not commit suicide? Wagecuck life is fucking miserable, and it will probably never end for most of you
>>1637801
try r9k
>>1637801
>Save half of 3k after taxation, commute, rent, cost of living
Show me your budget
I wage cuckk in intervals, start strong then slow performance enough to get fired then get on unemployment until I have to repeat the cycle. Just got fired after making 50k
Fuck sake guys.
I got 12k premium bonds.
I got 3.4k In peer to peer lending at 12%
I'm 30 years old. I'm never gonna be a millionaire at this right. I just don't know what to do with my money at the moment.
I want that rich lifestyle. What do you richfags do with your money at the moment?
Local business 20-50% annualized ROI
Real Estate 8-20%
I feel like I'm in that weird place, I'm not poor, but I still dont have enough money to really get into development, that's where the money is.
>>1637787
>that's where the money is
along with the additional risk. No free lunch.
/biz/ looking for a little advice, I'm a 21 year old living in a small city in Canada. I'm not afraid to learn new things and I wanted to make a cashflow business. Is SEO actually a good way to make money for someone who has no portfolio?
>>1637743
Search engine optimization? How about--learn an in demand trade, make more than you spend and invest the rest?
>>1637751
I'd prefer to start investing after I have a good amount of money from a cashflow business. Does that make sense? I am heavily influenced by the "fastlane" mentality
>>1637761
Do you have anything remotely close to the skillset required to create said business? Or are you just wishful thinking? Will it exceed 30$/hr on average? Because I work in a Canadian trade and that's what I made in first year, with all the ot I wanted
