I-If I set up a low cost mutual fund specifically for /biz/raelis, w-would a-anyone be interested in i-i-investing?
sounds good I'd be in for just 10k then I'll see how it does for a year.

Are you running it on the data you trained it on?
No
even by the 1960's people knew you could develop any number of backtested strategies that beat the market previously but would then go on to lose to the market in the future
it's literally the same thing as picking a stock that went to the moon, decades after it happened
>work hard and get my projects done before the deadline
>"lets dump extra projects on anon next time. He's making us look bad if he's more productive than us"
>try to get my projects done right ON the deadline
>"anon, I'm sorry but HR has put you on performance review because you're always leaving things to the last minute. Thats not the sign of a productive employee"
Whether you work hard or slack off, there is truly no way your employer will ever be satisfied with your work is there?
>>1946622
We have to justify not giving you a raise.
It's weird.
Cold hard truth OP
No one gives a fuck how hard you work. I did my fair share of hard work, all it did was get me more work, by showing you are 'strong' means your employer finds you more cost effective.
sad truth. being a 'good employee' is akin to being the fattest pig on the farm.
>>1946622
Yeah you literally have to suck dick and lose your dreams, goals, aspirations i.e. shit that makes you "you" and become assimilated into the corporate machine sludge for them to even consider promoting you
He's right, you know.

Are Crypto coins just a meme?
>>1946524
I made real money trading cryptos (thousands €)
I actually use the system to send funds sometimes
So no it's not. A lot of hype but definitely not a meme
>>1946529
I was thinking about setting up an account with changelly to buy some ETH.
Is the wave over now for ETH, would it be stupid now to buy in now?
I'm thinking about buying about 2K worth.
Made around €40k since last summer trading crypto, also used it to buy goods
Def not a meme
https://twitter.com/bitalize/status/847339892145246209 Earn coins for social excange, or by getting fit.
I have said this coin looks really promising for some time now. Think it will come good, but only time will tell.
Hope you will be one of those 'I told you' ppl :D
Hey /biz/, I'm getting a bach degree in engineering this year, and would like to dedicate myself to studying economics next. What entry level books would you recommend for reading?
>>1946458
No way you're getting a degree in anything if you believe this high school tier history scheme
>>1946461
It's just a random picture I had saved.
Can I now please get answer to my question? Thank you in advance.
>>1946463
/biz/ used to have a list like pic related. I don't know what they're worth because I would rather read in my own language.
Don't forget that economy is mostly a meme, ignoring the social aspect of economics and hiding its failures with over complicated mathematics.
>Kraken will take 48 hours to process your verification.

>"hey anon, your verification has been denied :)"
call them and ask why
Took me 1.5 month to get tier 3 verified
Im not sure if i should go for tier 4 desu
>>1946497
Took me about 30 minutes.
So here is the story.
My professor has a friend that used to work for the Department of Defense. She created an analytic tool that is now still being used for counter-terrorism. My professor was given this tool and found it useful to use for his research and I have been assisting him while learning this program. I really do not want to give away any information about the analytic tool itself, but it is amazing what it can possibly do.
One day my professor and I are just talking about random things, then we talk about the program and what it is capable of doing. He told me that I could gather data from companies and use the program to streamline information, hire effective managers, destroy competition (you can do some very evil things with this software), and much much more. The possibilities are limitless and thinking about it is currently giving me a headache!
My boss/professor has assured me that almost no companies do not know about this software and I can make A LOT of money starting up a consulting company using this program.
My situation:
Pros:
- Very few individuals have this tool
- I think I am the only one west of the mountains with this tool
- I know how to use it
- This is an untapped market
- Companies will pay big money for this
Cons:
- I am graduating in 60 days and have very little credibility
- Although I have an interest in the consulting industry, I do not have any knowledge on how it is ran or even how to run one
- I am lost and don't know what to do to go forward with this potential goldmine
I just want some advice on how I should proceed.
Who should I contact?
What should I research?
What should I do?
I feel very uncomfortable sharing information about the tool, so I will not answer any questions on how it works.
Sounds like palantir
If you want to role play then >>>/tg/ faggot.
On the off chance that you're legit, then just stop immediately anyway. You're clearly too moronic and unimaginative to leverage such an advantage properly, and honestly I don't believe whatever you have could possibly be better than what the top traders use. There are literally billions at stake; big boys have the absolute best IP in the world.
>>1946352
I can say that it is in the realm of what that tool offers. Looks like the one I am using is much more advanced
>>1946354
Just because I am not educated at the moment and researching on how I can effectively do this does not make me moronic or unimaginative. I am asking for many outside sources online and in person.

I got successful the old fashioned way, I worked a waggie job for 4 years, accumulated enough to buy stocks and pay enough down payment so that my tenant covers my mortgage.
I'll pay off that place in 7 years time.

start selling 50k per week because that's my limit in coinbase. Probably request a larger limit to cash out quicker.
Once I have 100k in my bank I would quit my job, and continue to grow my side project while cashing out every week for the next 19 years. kek
are there any /biz/ness men who don't abuse pic related and also cocaine often. I'm normally an introvert but when i take xanax i feel productive and social (yes, productive. i know that sounds odd but no anxiety for me = more likely to get shit done)
>xanax
completely destroys math, reasoning, and spelling abilities. great for getting rekt with confidence
>>1946140
i can do math and spelling perfectly when I'm on it. and i shouldn't have said abuse, i don't take them to get fucked up. just 1 or a half even when i know I'm going to be in a social environment. and the confidence thing is major for me because my anxiety comes with low self esteem. i do admit my reasoning and decision making can get pretty fucked though if i overdo it
