Sure you can. I wouldn't write a book about actual straight up advice in personal finance though. You should make the book interesting to most people, advertise the book well, and make it seem as the book contains a secret, how to get rich. Make it seem as your book is a tool for becoming rich, a passport to worldly wealth.

It can be very lucrative. Takes a long time to learn though and casinos all use different methods for preventing it. Better just learn poker, way easier.
