There is a device called a vibrating metronome. It is a wrist band device that vibrates at a specific bpm or rhythm you make for it. They had an indiegogo campaign and then joined an accelerator in Hong Kong and became somewhat successful. They are now sold at Guitar Center.
That being said they have about 50% negative reviews and also cost $100 not including the app stuff. There is also a competitor called the Peterson Bodybeat that is an add on for their standard metronome.
My question is, Should I pursue making a competing product with Soundbrenner? I have a decent team in place and am currently exploring the possibilities with a business plan some app prototyping and 3d modeling. But do you think I missed the window? Am I too late to be successful in the vibrating metronome market? Do you have any suggestions on how to differentiate my product and business model?

Have about 0 desire to be a real estate agent. Odd nights and weekends hours. Selling. Living off of ahit commissions. Have actually done all of that and have 0 desire.
However. Acess to that sweet mls without a gay work around and the ability to do deals and on occasion skip the realtor fees or use them paying my down payment does help.
I work 50 hours a week and cant find night classes.
I know dumb bitches that are realitors.
Some people i know took a 5 week course.
I have tried google, looked for books, and cannot descide.
If any anons here got a liscense with a book or online course i will sign up or buy it.
Also general real estate Q and A also i guess

Already staying in my own house for free and have cheap semi-slave labor, I ask them to repaint something and then cut their rent one time.
Again screen your tenants and get everything in writing, eviction sucks but local laws dictate if they're destroying the property or doing drugs you can get them out very quick

Key is that you program a lot and go from beginner to advanced projects
From there you can start contributing to some open source project or something like that and get to know people in the community
Once you know one programming language, learning others is relatively easy, since all you need to know is syntax
Anyway, all projects and contributions go towards building your portfolio/resume
You could also freelance once you know enough
Key is to not be a lazy, half-assed piece of shit and stay interested in the language or the projects
