For what it's worth, condoms get a bad rep but most of the failure rate is due to worn spots or tearing that are already present before sex. Technically you are supposed to check a condom by holding it up to a light source, to make sure you didn't damage it with your nails while opening the package etc.

And the other way around, the 99% rate usually thrown around for oral BC is assuming perfect use. Which includes, taking it every single day at exactly the same time, which hardly anyone does, and completely rules out any human error. Then there's the issue that too many girls are unaware that vomiting, diarrhea, St. John's wort, antibiotics etc can render the pill useless.

If you account for all this stuff, oral BC isn't really more reliable than condoms.

I'm speculating here, but perhaps you are lacking physical presence to assert yourself, or straight intimidated by him. A few months of martial arts will give you confidence backed up by ability to wreck face, and put the fear of retaliation around your cat. HDD would slow down the boot process significantly, as usually the random access times go to shit. This causes applications to open very slowly.

CPU instability could cause it, but I'm hoping you'd be smart enough to back off an OC if you noticed weird shit.

Sounds more like you're dealing with DPC latency. Likely a corrupt/improperly installed driver.

The tip to become athletic is just becoming physically fit. Put strains on your body and push yourself so you'll feel light as a feather when you go about working on actually performing athletic feats.

But yeah, just work on improving your general physique and by the time you're done, you'll have a much easier time doing acrobatic shit.

You don't really need physical training, just the lower your body weight relative your your lean body mass, the more ease you'll be able to move with.

If you weigh 200lbs and you can DL 500lbs, you're still going to have a hard time doing a flip. It's just a lot of mass to move. So, lose weight, and I'd say practice at a pool. Get used to flipping. Learn how to figure out where you are, figure out how fast you're falling, and when and how to properly unfold. After getting it down in a pool, see if you can't do it onto a mattress or something.
