Hey guys, lets have a weight loss/self improvement thread. Ive spent the last year trying to lose weight and Ive made quite a bit of progress. The top photos are the before and the bottom ones are the after. I know it doesnt look like much but Ive actually lost about 40 lbs.
But I still have a dumpy looking posture, from sitting on the computer all day hunched back reading /r9k/. I want to know if anyone here has had any luck with fixing their posture, and if so how did they do it/whats the best way.
Also lets talk about our weight loss or self improvement routines. We can do it guys.

Start stretching, also do some yoga. Yoga has helped me quite a bit with my posture it doesn't take much just 10-15 mins a day for stretching and you'll feel better. I believe in you bruh
6' 185lbs
Been lifting since September doing a lean bulk at +300 cals. Family and co-workers have told me I'm getting bigger but I still feel like a skelly Twink;_;

Damn, thanks man. Im surprised though, Yoga? You look like you have good posture though, so maybe I'll have to give Yoga a shot. Looking good man, great job.

Thanks friend. Hopefully!
Why are normals never satisfied with the culture they have and need to seek out, appropriate and destroy other subcultures beyond their original recognition?
Because they lack the freedom to express their individuality, and so use culturally recognised subcultures and imaginary diseases as fashion accessories.

they hate to see other people having fun without them even if its something they hate. they just dont like other people being happy unless they are part of it.
Normies are really the ones who are empty on the inside.
5 is as enjoyable as you expected it to be based on what society told you

Ok guys so as a girl i have been told that I do have that intimidation factor and I do come across, especially to a lot of other guys as, VERY INTIMIDATING, I have a presence when I come in a room, and that's been told to me by quite a few people that I'm a very intimidating person and I'm very scary in some ways, and I have to try to keep that reeled in, and that has to do with my upbringing and my training . . . and yes I did crack under the PTSD from some of the work I did later which again, I can't discuss with you guys, I got to see some interesting things in life, but if I talk about it I'll spend the rest of my life in prison. But it gave me an interesting perspective on life, and yeah I'm a very damaged person as a result of that, I don't hold human life in the same value that a lot of people do, it doesn't have a whole lot of meaning to me, and a lot of people kind of get that impression who meet me, particularly veterans and other things, definitely pick up on my thousand yard stare. what do you think

Yeah, I'm sure, ha.
Just because she wants to have a dick does not give her a man's presence.
>>34216588
I would slap the shit out of you
Is pic related a trap?
>>34216585
Yes. It is a trap.
High socks are often worn by traps, but you can't be 100% sure. Who is this?
>>34216585
How do i get legs like that, besides starvation?
Hey r9k
I have been feeling pretty down today, normally when i feel abit down i smoke a sigarette and i feel slightly better, but due to health reasons i am no longer able to smoke
What do you guys use to make the pain go away? Id like to hear some recommendations
(Pic somewhat related)
>>34216582
booze other than that I just wallow in it and it eventually goes away. but booze mostly
>>34216582
By listening to some great music and having it loud enough to drown out everything else
>>34216582
Instead of going for the alcohol or cigarette jew why not eat bitter or spicy food?
It helps me cope

What is the matter with someone who avoids any eye contact?
Insecurity i would guess
>>34216434
Autism/aspergers. I don't know if I have either, but I usually have a hard time with eye contact unless I consciously force myself to.
>>34216434
either autism/aspergers or shyness/insecurity
When a literal Aspergers person says something socially inappropriate, are you meant to chastise them? Or let them get away with it?
>>34216395
Depends on what they said.
Sperg here. I would prefer to be told my comment was not appropriate. It would also help if you explain why the comment wasn't appropriate with examples. Now sometimes I know what I said wasn't nice and sometimes I don't. If former, I'll say so. If latter, I would like the explanation for future reference.
It depends, how funny was it? With the autists in my friend group we try to stop them getting themselves in bad situations, but hearing them tear down roasties with horrible comments is quite rewarding
new video. please keep this to one thread.
