I have been feeling pretty down today, normally when i feel abit down i smoke a sigarette and i feel slightly better, but due to health reasons i am no longer able to smoke
What do you guys use to make the pain go away? Id like to hear some recommendations

Buy a vape. Take a nap, eat a sandwich, shower, watch a show, go for a walk, buy something, seriously eat a sandwich, make some coffee/tea, look for a good book to read and hype yourself up for it then order it and wait happily, eat a fucking sandwich, volunteer at an animal shelter, I'm serious make yourself a sandwich, go make a cyoa thread and get lost in your imagination for awhile
