No. Kill yourself.

Shit tons of shake blur.
What's /pee/'s opinion on post processing? Is only minor adjustments kosher? Or can the photographer go balls deep to actually achieve the look he wants?
Good photographers can shoot jpegs and slide film.
Bad photographers need lots of post for every photo.
There's lots of overlap between.
Just do whatever you want with your picture. There is no such as thing as a "pure picture" anyways, processing is already applied when the image is created anyways

Hi /p/, I took a trip through West Texas and New Mexico last week. I haven't processed all of the photos yet, but I'll start posting what I have now. Let me know what you think.

Do your peers respect photography?
"art photography" is very well respected by normies. but being "the photographer", at an event like a wedding, club, concert, or birthday is cuck tier and looks like shit socially, youre a literal pushover with no value there, discardable and replaceable like all freelancers.
protip: become an art or embrace your cuckoldry.
Start calling yourself "the shooter".

Nikon DL is the god of all compact cameras. It's so good it will never came out, because mortals like us cannot have access to such divine equipment.
So... Any idea of where i can get more info about this camera?
Google, you fucking retard.
It's 2017. Figure it out.
So I got a sweat deal on an A58 with some lenses as my first dslr. One of the three lenses is an old Sigma 18-55 that the seller threw in for free, the problem however is that almost the entire lens body is covered in a a layer of smudge. Upon further googling it seems it's the rubber used on the focus ring etc. is coming off.
Would I be able to clean it with isopropyl alchohol and if so which %? (96%? 99%?) The glass itself is in good shape, it's just the gunk and smudge that's on the body.
>>3045927
Yes.
Isopropanol, but don't use paper towel. That'll just leave bits of paper towel behind.
Use a cloth towel of some sort.
>>3045932
Thanks! should I use a different cloth and some water afterwards when the isopropanol has dried up to clean up the lens body some more?
Flash photography is a meme. You get far more artistic control and variety from RGB led continuous lighting.
All flash photography looks the fucking same like one person is doing it and in the case of indoor shooting makes your subject look unnatural.
The only excuse for a flash is shooting into the sun, which you can still manage without a flash if you know what you're doing.

Approaching this as a technical challenge, how would you capture powerful, artistic photos of humans caught in the quotidian turmoil of bowel movements?
When I think of technical solutions like tiny cameras, I worry about the composition I'd have to commit to. Capturing faces, for instance, seem a challenge, at least consistently.
Let's have a good thread, lads!

with a gloryhole in a public bathroom.
I'm planning to use something like pic related.
My goal is to set it in the metallic door, disguised as maybe a screw head or something.
I thought I might be able to integrate it into some graffiti but that might cause it to get noticed quicker.
If I could just find some way to hide a tiny camera or two, we'd have a magical tool to film something never before seen.
Would you say this camera is front-focused, or back-focused?
>>3045531
just get a mirrorless.
non of this problem.

>does it get worse
>???
>figure out if it's front or back
I dont know if it's the same for all cameras, but that'd be front focused on my nikons.
>>3045547

>turn a screw until infinity object is aligned
>infinity focus fixed in a few seconds
if only SLRs were this easy
I am looking to develop my first roll of black and white 35mm film. I just bought the 'Paterson started kit' which comes with 3 different chemicals. I have looked at the 'massive dev chart' and found developing times for the film i am using ( Rollei Retro 400S ) But i dont understand the measurements or use of the other 2 chemicals. Could someone point me into the right direction of what to do at this stage?

what's not to understand?
measure your developer temp & quantity, dilute as directed.
stop bath for 30sec
fix for 3-5 min
rinse for 20 min
finish with a quick bath in distilled water
