Any of you with a P67 use one of theses 35mm panoramic adaptors? They look pretty neato

It wouldn't be much different, you just have to set it to the 220 counter and you get 18 exposures from a 36 exp roll apparently

These will be a tad repetitive. Will probably only end up using 2-3 of them but it's good to have a healthy pool to pull from.

>FUJIFILM 23mm f/1.4 R

Can any Fuji friends with this lens tell me a little bit about it? How do you like it? How does it compare IQ wise (also AF performance wise) compared to other Fuji lenses you own? I am thinking about this lens for street/travel photography.

If you have the 23mm f/1.4 please post some pics you have shot with it.

I know the f/1.4 is much older than the f/2 but the really poor close focus performance of the f/2 is putting me off.

A larger sensor offers much better wide angle performance.
>>
>>3036361
It's awesome, IQ is excellent, low light performance is superb, absolutely wonderful for travel photography. AF is fast as far as I'm concerned, just a great all rounder

Fuck the haters, they are sonycucks and idiots.

23mm f1.4 is the only lens I use, I'll post pics later as I'm in work.

Try to get good colors using digital. It cannot be done.

>Tfw digicucks never learn

I think it's all about the realness, the physical work done for a physical product. It's sort of hard to put into words, kind of like how some people prefer vinyl.

Also film has a great longevity, unlike digital, you're more likely to eventually lose your files due to any number of reasons.

Not to mention the look of film.

Feeling really down lately. Destroyed. Heartbroken. Wanting something impossible. Loving someone you can't. It's hard to do anything, I can't even leave my bed. I need someone kind enough to talk with and comfort me while I go through this hell. I'm getting emotionally unstable it feels like shit. If anyone understands what I'm going through and wants to help, please text my Kik. My chest feels so fucking heavy and it's painful.

At the risk that you're likely some troll fishing, there are legit help boards where people are bored enough to help you with your problem. 4chan will just berate you to the point where you'd probably want to off yourself if these feelings are true. If you aren't willing to fess up to what's your problem, no one can help you.

Hi /p

How do i find out what a certain film looks like?
I am going to shoot some girls naked but i need to know what film will make their skin look nice.

Ie i could buy like 20 different brands but i dont really know what it would make the photo look like.

Whats a good site i can compare shots taken on different films, preferably of skin tones?

google image search is shit and gives me random results so i cant trust it.

search tumblr for the name of each film, people often tag their photos with the sort of film/gear they were using. this is generally what I do when I'm looking for film comparison images.
>>
>>3046171
Portra 400 is the boss for skin tones. As the name implies, it's a portrait film, so it renders skin tones incredibly well.

Overexpose it by a stop and you'll love it even more. Soft, pastel colours and excellent shadow detail if you expose it at 200 and develop it normally
>>
>>3046202

ive noticed film seems all about this washed out white skin tones.
I want the opposite, dark tan.
What film does dark tan skin tones?

I have a Sony mirrorless APS-C sensor camera and want to buy a 50mm prime lens (75mm full frame equivalent) to shoot pictures of my cat in late dusk when she leaves the apartment.

For a couple of weeks I have tended towards the Rokinon/Samyang 50mm f/1.2 lens which provides superior image quality and an immensely fast aperture that actually provides beautiful bokeh and out of focus areas with its 9 aperture blades while still retaining exceptional sharpness and contrast of the in-focus subject; f/1.2 wasn't the result of the marketing floor for this lens.

Recently however, I thought that a Sony 50mm f/1.8 would be a better choice because unlike the Rokinon counterpart, it provides auto-focus. You can't tell cats to stand still for you to set the focus properly. You may miss good shots while you're tampering with the lens.
Furthermore, the Rokinon lens doesn't provide image stabilization, which is not an issue when using a tripod, but cats tend to move and don't leave you enough time to adjust your tripod.
Maybe at f/1.2 the Rokinon lens may get away without optical image stabilization, Sony's f/1.8 most likely will rely on it however when no flash is being used.

tl;dr: I'd like to ask you whether Sony's OSS ("optical steady shot" - lens intern optical image stabilization) is only active during shooting videos or also while capturing pictures?

You might be expecting a lot out of APS-C. Even with IS it's not going to make things razor sharp when a cat is freaking out. I get a lot more reliability out of in-body stabilization in the A7ii
