I've not touched the games in a few years now. That's what you get for fanatically playing all three games for a whole decade, with and without mods.

I can however leave you this handy Stalker rookie guide, that might help total greenhorns get softer landing to the series.
Consult this Starting Guide,
then see the /vg/'s huge Stalker General for more tips and links: >>>/vg/stalker

Play in the release order. Start with no mods - only latest patch, OR get the full "Starter Pack" first; these contain bug-fixers and light visual mods that can help performance as well.
Leave big overhauls for later playthrougs. Avoid the "Complete" -mods. Always play on MASTER difficulty for best realism and atmosphere, and disable crosshair.

Don't give up in the beginning! The starting gear sucks ass and first area can be a bit boring.

ive killed a shit ton of coyotes with mine. Good knockaround gun, QC is spotty but if you get a junker they're easy to fix. I bought a fuckton of em back when they were cheap, i've got 4 of them, one in the truck, one out in the shed, one in the gunsafe and one in a little showbox. they're a good investment, they always go up in price!

Go to a class with that money. No amount of super duper Legion/Wilson/CZ Custom will magically turn you into a better shooter.

If you're having issues shooting a Glock 19 at a reasonable level, you will have more issues shooting a TDA gun. I have seen it time and time; me outshooting people side by side that have these +$1,000 versions of the P226/P229, M9 with my bone stock German P226.

You know why I'm able to do this? I

>I dry fire 3 times a week for 15 minute sessions
>I dry fire the DA pull and the transition from DA to SA specifically

I don't like posting this video but the guy has a point. Sure, he may recorded ALL of this warmed up and had to do a bunch of takes to get what he wanted on video but he has a point; it's you, not the gun.

I sold my Legion P226 and kept my Glock 19 and P2000. The Legion is a nice shooter, don't get me wrong but it wasn't my favorite.

Those guns are nice, but they won't actually make you shoot better if you can't shoot well to begin with.

you just need to reset, and don't do it too often, clean your hands before this and make sure they're dry...

Cup your ears with your palms and use your two fingers and "drum" on the back of your skull for a minutes or two

I dont think there is but that would actually be a good idea for a business. charge a reasonable fee for labor plus parts cost on essentially re arsenaling someones rifle. I think mitchells mausers does this to some extent.
