So I have gymnastic rings installed in my bedroom and some kettelbells swings cleans etc. I plan on doing lower/full body compound lifts at the school gym only twice a week and home gym every other day. Will I still make gains if I'm eating?

How much is it normal for your body to burn/waste over night? Pretty consistently, I go to sleep and weigh myself before bed at about 5-6lbs heavier than I wake up at.

I am 6'1, and for example this morning I weighed in at 184.8. At night, I weighed in at 191.2. All I did this morning was pee when I woke up and then stood on the scale. I find is hard to believe I excreted 5+ lbs of urine, so what gives? This has been happening for weeks.

That was my thought, but it is my second scale I have tried that on, and reads consistently throughout the day. If I eat, it goes up, I excrete it goes down, if I do neither it stays constant. I consistently weigh in completely naked, so it is not a factor of what I am wearing that could be throwing it off.
Trust me, all the normal stupid shit that it could have been, I thought of before making myself look like a fucking moron by asking here

How good is flopping around in water for some time when it comes to getting fit or building muscle?

Will it hurt your gains or is it a good way to get some alternative cardio?

Got any workout tips when it comes to different swimstyles?

Have currently gone swimming some times and it feels pretty good, usually do about 2km in ~50-60 min. (Have no idea if thats good or too slow.)
