Hey there! Im a young bloke weighing around 90 kilogramms and standing tall at 1.87m . Im currently looking for an exercise routine and came here to ask for advice. I go running pretty much everyday and try to go farther everytime but thats all. Its mainly because i want to feel better since ive already had lost weight and my motivation was a really good looking girl in my class and then i realised it didnt make me more attractive to her so i gained weight. Now im not as fat as then but not that healthy im currently on a diet which involves ya know just maybe some days counting calories but not going too drastic on it ya know keeping it cool or i try to avoid sweets and shit and i must say im already losing weight mainly because its the same diet i had used before. So the thing is i started talkinh with this girl again and we got real close but like then again she aint into my figure and thats ok. Now i would want to try to exercise yes shes my motivation but i wanna try out being very fit and stuff. Sooo....anyone got some exercise plans or something?

go to a physical therapist and have them develop some sort of program to fix your retarded feet/ankles. if it's beyond their help, have them refer you to an orthotist and get some inserts. i'm a physical therapist, and i see so many people fuck around with their feet and ruin their joints. do 10-years-in-the-future-you a favor and go see a fucking physio, please.

also, buy a good pair of shoes, the ones you're wearing are either worn out or actively fucking up your feet. an orthotist can help you with this too.

So I keep noticing all these "body fat estimation guides" everywhere and a particularly detailed one caught my eye.

It points out certain features to judge definition by but I keep noticing that the jawlines of the users vary a lot regardless of bodyfat.

The middle image for the 4-6% BF zone shows a guy staring dead center into the camera, and you can see some of his chin fat hanging down. /r9k/ would call the nigga a chinlet rofl.

But look at beardless guy on the right side of the 10% BF category, his jaw is 100x more defined.

So what gives? If rules like, how much veinage you can see on this or that limb apply and are "consistent" why aren't the jawlines?

Is it just fit dudes with recessed jaws lol?

I'm 15% bf but I can't pull off proper head posture without the bottom of my jawline disappearing or is that normal?
If you have a recessed jaw is fixing your posture worth it at all since it just makes you uglier?

What are some tank top brands that don't assume everyone is obese? I wear an XL but the waist is always wide as fuck. Also would help to be very tall (6'7")

For reference, my chest is ~48" and waist is usually 34-36"

If I try more sometimes I feel that my shoulders and hands teleake most of my bodyweight, like Im doing it wrong just to do it(possibly the truth) - at least it feels that way.

How can I start doing more pull-ups? And how do I understand when it's time that my back has stopped lifting and the hands/shoulders are taking the job?

I know that this complex exercise hits more muscle groups than the back - pic related -.

There's your answer, sleep and eat well.
You should be focusing in pulling with your elbows and not your arms, like in a lat pulldown or barbell row, it feels like you're working your back more.

I kinda messed up with the writing. Even on days im with full energy , maybe an energy drink right before the exercise, and it seems to make me struggle more. I do PPL and lift 6 days a week.

I do Weighted Chin-ups 4x5 and 3x15+ Pull-ups on Pull (a).

On Pull (b) I do Weighted Wide-Grip Pull-ups 4x5 and 3x15+ Neutral-Grip Pull-ups.

So I'm doing 4 different kinds od pull-ups every week on my Pull days.

Maybe increase your variety of the types of pull-ups you do, believe it or not but all the variations carry over to each other and actually make you stronger overall on all.

No. I was at my strongest ever 4 months ago but that was barely stronger than 2 years ago. Coffee ruins my sleep and sitting around in public drinking coffee alone while browsing my phone and feeling sad about life is all I have.
