This was related to the thread at first but it ended with me needing to vent my shitty job. But it's common for vices to kick in at jobs.

Because I'm only doing it once per week, and I can't always get the 10 reps to double the weight increase.

dont have a concrete answer for you but the nutritional labels are designed to be easy to read (at least here in canada). tell them to just look at the big 3, protein carbs, and fats for a general overview of the food.

I have absolutely terrible DOMS in my brachiradialii after every back/bicep day, so much so that I wake up in agony during the night.

I've tried Ibuprofen, Aspiring, Cyclobenzaprine (muscle relaxer) and even Oxycodone. Nothing really helps.

Does /fit/ have any suggestions for me?
