Hey there! Im a young bloke weighing around 90 kilogramms and standing tall at 1.87m . Im currently looking for an exercise routine and came here to ask for advice. I go running pretty much everyday and try to go farther everytime but thats all. Its mainly because i want to feel better since ive already had lost weight and my motivation was a really good looking girl in my class and then i realised it didnt make me more attractive to her so i gained weight. Now im not as fat as then but not that healthy im currently on a diet which involves ya know just maybe some days counting calories but not going too drastic on it ya know keeping it cool or i try to avoid sweets and shit and i must say im already losing weight mainly because its the same diet i had used before. So the thing is i started talkinh with this girl again and we got real close but like then again she aint into my figure and thats ok. Now i would want to try to exercise yes shes my motivation but i wanna try out being very fit and stuff. Sooo....anyone got some exercise plans or something?
