How the fuck do I stop being so tired all the time?

Here's everything I'm doing and have tried:
>8-9 hours of sleep every night. Fall asleep and wake up around the same time everyday (10-ishPM - 6-ishAM)
>No caffeine or sugar in my diet
>No screens for at least an hour before I go to bed
>No light sources in my bedroom and dark curtains to keep streetlights out.
>Exercise 4-5 days a week
>Tried taking melatonin but it didn't do anything for me
>Have played with the amount of carbs I eat. Tried high carb, low carb, an keto diets with no difference.

What else can I try?

I live in the land of the free, so I don't have health insurance and can't afford doctor visits and lab tests.

Most culinary vegetables do this with the exception of the starchy ones, and rarely the fatty ones. Ones to avoid are avocados, potatoes, pumpkin... I just roasted a huge batch of cauliflowers, eggplants, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, and parsnip last week. I spent the whole week eating it. I felt full most of the time, it had very little calories but still other micronutrients, and it cost me like $10.

I try to get all of my carbs from lentils and root vegetables.

Give it about 5-6 months. My husband has the same body type and it's taken that long for him to get noticably thicker with muscle. And even with that, we still have about 2 years before we get him to his ideal body.

tl;dr - Don't pussy out. Keep going. Eat more when lifts stagnate.
