How the fuck do I stop being so tired all the time?
Here's everything I'm doing and have tried:
>8-9 hours of sleep every night. Fall asleep and wake up around the same time everyday (10-ishPM - 6-ishAM)
>No caffeine or sugar in my diet
>No screens for at least an hour before I go to bed
>No light sources in my bedroom and dark curtains to keep streetlights out.
>Exercise 4-5 days a week
>Tried taking melatonin but it didn't do anything for me
>Have played with the amount of carbs I eat. Tried high carb, low carb, an keto diets with no difference.
What else can I try?
I live in the land of the free, so I don't have health insurance and can't afford doctor visits and lab tests.

stop being so tired all the time , slap urself and yolo it
I used to have energy problems too and got pissed that "wtf I could do so much if I just wasn't tired"
- the single hugest difference is from waking up naturally for me, and get up once you're up. Don't go for another hour even if you only slept 5. I find that I am just as energized on 9 hours as 5 as long as I get up when my body wakes up. You can always nap later.
- start some caffeine. Then taper down.
- get a blue light and leave it on during your morning routine.
- some diet pills stabilize your chemistry and has a mellow stimulant effect.
- if all else fails, nuclear button with energy drinks.
- sometimes antidepressants/anti anxiety medicine can "clear up your mind" and wake you up
- some sugar can wake you up until you have a good rhythm of staying awake and then taper down.

maybe try some ZMA?
It's probably diet. Aside from the carbs thing, do you get all the essential micro nutrients? Various vitamins like A, D, B12, etc... You may want to supplement your diet with things like these. Good job on minimizing caffeine and sugar.
Another thing (tho this might be bro science) is low testosterone, as someone stated. Do more squats, and if you're still feeling tired, go see a damn doctor. It could be test related, it could be thyroid, there's a host of things that could be the culprit.

are you on and prescription drugs like SSRIs?

Very possible. I eat a shit load of salmon so not worried about needing fish oil, might try some D supps though.

>caffeine
Caffeine just makes me not fall asleep. It doesn't actually give me energy
>blue light
