Been playing baseball all my life and consider myself top notch in cardio, etc. but since I'm quite compact I want to up my game regarding bit more muscles and getting bigger in general, just wanna beef up so to speak.
Any advice what would be a good addition specifically to baseball activities? Thanks in advance.
Also brofist to all other bb players.

There's a lot of stuff in there and I'm not sure what would be the most beneficial choice as addition to my current activities. Just a few hints would be awesome. Thanks.
Any suggestions bros?
I don't look for spoonfeeders but some small bits to get in the right direction would be nice.
Also fucking checked, haha

Considering lifting but I'm not sure if that's the right way at the beginning because I want to stay flexible and fast too, but nevertheless thanks I guess.

Your coaches would probably know better as to routines that are better for baseball players specifically
The go to response for people looking for strength is Starting Strength or SL 5x5, so I'd look into that
I play ball in college, in the off season I do the simple 5/3/1 program to add some mass, and now that the season is started I do a similar split as 5/3/1 but with 3x8 and less weight, just to maintain

Roid. Unironically, you need to roid to compete.
Fly balls become home runs when you roid.

Coach is a good for nothing old fuck atm, I try to avoid him till he stops being an ass to some of us.
Thanks gonna check them out.

Okay, have to read into that but sounds like it works for you, thank you.

Don't wanna end up brain dead. Too much to lose to end like a fucking junkie.

Listen to your fucking coach.
Start with a basic 5x5 program to build strength and add a bit of size. Your goal isn't size though, it's power. Once you become familiar with lifting, and have a good baseline, switch to a more strength oriented program. Do supplemental work on your core, delts, and tris. Those are your main power producers for pitching.
If you ever want to play in the majors, you're gonna roid at some point. If you want to snag a nice scholarship and play a few years of AAA ball, yeah, you can be clean.

The coach just tells us stories from his "best years" and gives a fuck about our opinions or development in general. Fuck him, srsly....

Sounds good and valuable, looking into that.

I just consider it fun and a way to stay fit, I don't want to be a pro player, I consider my intellect to be too precious to be wasted on a dead end career like that. Yeah, sounds kinda snotty, I know, but I really want to achieve more in life than that.

lmao basefags think standing in a field is cardio

If you actually give a shit, have the team and the parents complain to your school's athletic director. If you aren't willing to do that, stop complaining, ask good questions, and make the best of the situation.
Also, roids don't destroy your brain, contrary to popular belief. Measured steroid usage will affect hormone production in later life, but is by no means the destructive tool that it used to be.
You also sound like a fuckhead. Just saying, you should meditate to avoid personality driven confrontation throughout the rest of your life.
