anyone else here obese?

I'm about 7lbs away from obese but have a 23 inch waist. I'm thicc. All my fat is on my thighs and butt but I have muscle too.

if you're truly obese (30+ bmi i think?) then just stop eating for a few days or IF

You don't feel obese because everyone is fucking obese. Unless you're muscular, you're fucking fat if your BMI is over 30. Just because you know some other guy who's significantly more obese than you doesn't mean you shouldn't lose 50 pounds.

I've already changed my diet and started to go to the gym 3 days a week.

Comparatively to people I know that weight the same as me, I'm not as bad. I have an active job and have had a dog for 8yrs who needs 1-2hrs of exercise daily. So I don't feel obese.

still fuckin fat tho so i'm not denying it.

Post six pack, if you literally have visible abs, then you're not obese. If your "six pack" is just fat, then no, you're probably obese.
