Avoid high glycemic foods. No breads, grains, rice, wheat or anything of the sort.
Nothing with added sugar or syrup. I do have splenda. Nonstop drinking tea throughout the day, totaling around 6 cups average with a quarter cup of milk each time.
Meals include steamed chicken and broccoli, salads, peanut butter, milk, and yogurt. Fruit in moderation.

Lost 11 kilograms in 2 months which I am proud of. Feel great and anticipating further loss. I am aiming for 90 Kg but might go even lower to 80 if I still don't look good.

I've trained 7d/week for months now and my gains have never come faster.
Your muscles can be overworked
physiologically, when you don't have rest your body stays in a state of prepared to do work. Rest allows for your muscles to heal, and have the fibers rebuilt to be torn again. Which is what builds strength/size. It happens much slower if you don't rest, because those resources go into just keeping you going.
I don't take rest days because I hate how I feel on them, but there's a good reason to rest of you want to progress

The more advanced you are the longer you'll need between sets. If you're a beginner you'll be fine before you feel ready, when it gets heavier you'll feel ready and wish you waited longer when you unrack the weight
