Eating more than 1grm protein/lbs and at a -500 caloric deficit

Give it about 5-6 months. My husband has the same body type and it's taken that long for him to get noticably thicker with muscle. And even with that, we still have about 2 years before we get him to his ideal body.
tl;dr - Don't pussy out. Keep going. Eat more when lifts stagnate.

youll get a tiny bit stronger but 500 deficit is alot so expect so get extremely skinny. i suggest just eating at maintenance, that way u gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, then when ur down to 10% bf u can bulk hard

I started out skinnyfat WEAK as fuck,
DONT cut, dont BULK
Eat a bit above maintanance good carbs and protein.
Train hard, get stronger in reps/sets.
Dont ever cut as a skinnyfat its a waste of time.

He basicly means, if someone were to stay @ 70kg bodyweight from 1 year to the next but at the same time getting stronger and pushing out more hypertrophy range numbers
Your body @ 70kg before you started training and after will have a huge difference.
Alright so my TDEE has to be around 2500, is going up to 2700 with high protein and lifting hard gonna take me out of skinny fat mode ?
