Anyway I like this version more

So like many fitizens, I have zero social skills, zero friends, a shitty BA that has landed me exactly zero office jobs and the only thing I have going for me is my physical strength

The only viable career paths I see are the police force or the military. Any cops or militaryfags on that can talk about their jobs? I'd really appreciate it. I live in Canada if that matters, not adverse to moving to the US though if there's more opportunity

Left side is the exercise, right side is the mobility for that exercise, you do mobility after each set

FSAS - Fundamental Straight Arm Strength
FBAS - Fundamental Bent Arm Strength
FLS - Fundamental Leg Strength

the numbers like 5x60s means mastery for the movement, in this case you look at 60s/60rep template and follow that progression, once you hit mastery (can do 5x60s) you move to the next level

for negative movements, 5x5x10s means you descend for 10s each rep

Are you hitting them there opioids?

Get you some psyllium husk, work up to 9g morning and evening and drink a gallon a water a day for a bit and I guarantee you will never have a spoon out your goop again.

What is a good all around fit "starter kit" like what kind of work outs should I be doing everyday to start this out?

I'm new to all this so try and keep out complex ass strats. I just need a starters guide.
