Do weight gainers work well?
Ive been working out for about 4 months. My muscles have gotten a bit bigger and my body got a bit more shape, but Ive only managed to put on about 3 pounds
Im a pretty skinnyfag, I feel as though I dont eat enough (smoking might be affecting my appetite)
Should I try doing a weight gainer? This one id about 1360 caloried per serving, which seems pretty good.
What are your experiences with these?
It will help but after you run out, you need to eat more to maintain that weight. Otherwise you will just lose it all.

Has anyone here ever had a Sacroiliac Joint issue?
I was squatting and had a pain on one side a few months ago. It turns out my Sacroiliac joint on the right side has jammed, which is causing my shit to be all out of alignment down there.
I've started PT and it's the basic core strengthening stuff. Apparently this will sort itself out and be back to normal after a few months... hopefully. There doesn't seem to be much that can be done to speed it along outside of core strengthening, posture and hoping for the best however?
Does anyone have experience with an injury like this? I honestly did not even know it was a thing until I had it. I'm not really sure if I'm glad it's this over a disk herniation or something like I was originally afraid of.
Ye m8 mine's been fucked for over a year. Originally happened due to a torn hamstring (didn't realise this for a long time) which caused the load to shift from hamstring to hip.
As you say, core strengthening and posture, but also make sure you work on lower back strength. For every lift, you want to consciously think about your entire back being ramrod straight, and keeping weight under control so that this is achieved with every lift.
My pain is brought on by back shifting from extended to flexed (or even straight to flexed) so maybe yours will be too.
Also you should be stretching. Adductors, abductors, flexors, hamstrings, QL and lats are really important in this context. Make sure you get them nice and mobile, both before and after. As with pretty much everything else, pain is your guide.

ALSO LIFT THINGS LIKE A LIFTER OUTSIDE THE GYM! Remember to use a hip hinge and lift you'd lift in a gym when ur doing shit outside. That really helped me personally.

Yep. I talk about SIJD with a lot of individuals who have experience or are experiencing lower back pain. Commonly presents to the left or right of the spine, above the base of the hip or with sciatica-like symptoms.
Mine is alleviated by soft tissue work on the musculature attaching at the hip. The piriformis is particularly bad for me.
Also relief is fairly instantaneous unless you've experienced trauma or dislocation.

So I go to LA fitness for the sole purpose it is walking distance from my work. I've trained there for about 2 years now. Roughly 3 months ago I was doing squats in the squat rack and made eye contact with this guy. Didnt think anything of it, until he is right in front of me while I am finishing my set. Mind you I still have the bar on my back and he asks loudly "If I have a fucking problem". I say "Ughh no" He then asks what the fuck am I looking at then. One of his buddies later on comes up to me and sort of apologies for how his friend acted and said he has issues and that he is 16. Mind you he is about 5'8 and thick. Like probably around 225 pound a lot of muscle. I honestly thought he was around my age or maybe a few years younger. So I just told his friend dont worry about it, its not a big deal. Well today I went to the gym and he was there with his chronies. I noticed him staring at me multiple times, but just ignored him. My gym recently hung up a couple of these fucking things. Lets hear your punching bag routines. How long do you have to punch this fucker to make that cardio worth it?
I do this on Tuesday's and Thursday's as conditioning. I basically just searched up like learn boxing online and followed the website's information on how to move and punch. I punch the shit for 15 seconds and then 30-45 second break and do this like 12 to 15 times with some ab work.
