My local gym has a middle school gymnastics team and they are selling used leotards would it be weird if I bought some? I don't want to seem weird and get banned should I just say I want them for scientific purposes?

Do you eat iron? How relevant is it to bodybuilding? I just realized none of my supplements have it and I barely get the daily recommended 10mg from food. And the pills are 50-100mg so obviously 10mg isn't that much.

You can run at any wait but you have shin splints right now.

You're going to need to take a couple weeks off of running. LISTEN TO THIS ADVICE. Training through injuries is only going to give you more problems on top of what you already have.

Shin splints are common. If you're trying to lose weight you need to focus on diet anyway. Count your calories and eat at a deficit.

Is he e-statting? He has to be.
I'm 6'1 (measured by doctor), 220lbs at around 20%bf with a 3plaet squat and I have nowhere near as much mass as him, I look dyel as hell.
I know he's sitting around 12-15% bodyfat, one reported inch shorter and 5kg heavier (and obviously much stronger), but is that really enough to make that much of a difference in terms of physique?
I'm now trying to start a shitstorm btw I'm genuinely curious.
Also I should clarify, I'm not 220lbs currently, I had surgery a couple months ago and dropped down to 200lbs due to not lifting.

That's true, but the vast majority of people do something wrong in the beginning. It's pretty rare for someone to eat enough and correctly, do the exercises with proper form, work hard and consistently enough, be on a proper routine and so on from the beginning. The eating part is probably where most people fail, followed by having a routine with too much bullshit and thus not enough focus to make optimal progress.
