I've been lifting for a good 8 months now, definitely going well (though I'm gaining weight pretty slowly). Now that it's summer, I want to show off a little at the pool/beach.
I'm pretty lean, but got a bit of water weight covering my abs. How can I quickly get rid of that, so my abs show more? Will trying to do that mess up my bulk?

- quit caffeine to reduce tolerance
- take a strong preworkout when you wake up that contains caffeine
- go to bed in gym clothes. have your protein shake in fridge already made. have your gym bag ready.
Eat greek yogurt and honey in the morning, maybe with a spot of caffeine (just make sure you're already hydrated before your workout).
The honey will help give a quick blast of energy, and shit like the yogurt won't make you feel bloated or uncomfortable right after waking up before your workout.

Eat whatever you want, but keep track of your macros so you dont overeat but still get enough protien and fat.
Forget the word "paleo" exists.

Alrighty people of /fit/ I need help cutting i have no idea how to do it and i don't wanna loose strength. I'm a rugby player and cant afford to but i ned to drop weight to play another position. Should i use cutting steroids? if so where do i get them? will diet alone be enough? what workouts should i be doing. HELP ME also pic unrelated
Eat shitloads of protein. Try not to lose more than 1lb a week if natural.
If you want to go down the route of drugs, then anavar, clenbuterol, t3, low dose test are all good options. Winstrol is great too but probably a bit rough on the joints for a rugby player.

What do you lift in? Currently wear adidas sambas for deadlifts and a cheap weightlifting shoes for other lifts. How are nike metcons?

Probably not the best but they're nice and flat for squats and deads. Plus I fucking hate Nike, and by extension Converse since they're owned by them, so the skate shoes do well.
I use adidas powerlift 3s. They are great.
