Hey guys i am just average fat guy that used to do all kind of sports since little youngling so i have pretty good muscle base but all covered in fat and i weight currently 124 kgs

I want to try water fasting for week+ (will see how long i can hold) And everything i read about it on net goes one way or another like its completely great and also its completely bad and you will die BUT most of the ppl that did it are completely happy with results nothing bad.

So i just want some more opinions on this.

yeah. it's a nice middle ground between 16/8 and 3+ day fasts.

if your fat loss stalls, then you can simply make your fasting periods longer.

Do you fucks wear glasses in the gym? I can't help but feel like a fucking 4chin nerd when I wear glasses when I squat, so I take them off but then I can't see shit.

i've been doing these weighted. at first i would hold a plate like in the pic, but once i got to 20kg+ it became unwieldy. so now i let my arms hang vertically and just grip a plate in my hands. this means that i don't get to a 45 degree angle. should i stop doing this?

how much protein do you aim for?

i am 80kg and i aim for 120g

1. Take your weight ( or better yet, your goal weight)
2. Multiply that number by .8. This will give you how many grams of protein you should consume to build muscle. Most people do not use more than .62 to .82 grams of protein per pound of body weight, so .8 is a nice round number.
3. If your goal is building or maintaining muscle while losing weight, I would recommend that your calories from your protein be on average no more/less than 40% of your total caloric intake for the day.

Example
Goal weight: lean 250 pounds
250 x .8 = 200 grams of protein
200 x 4(caloric weight of a gram of protein) =800 calories from protein
800/.4 = 2000 calorie diet

Any sort of gear is going to change these numbers, so if you're running a cycle, I can't help you. I don't have that experience.

I want to buy lgd and mk677 in powder form and turn them into liquid my self (because it seems to be a bit cheaper)

How do I workout the math for it tho?

With the lgd I want to be able to messaure it out in 2.5mg doses
With the mk677 5mg doses

From what I've read peg or ethanol seem the best liquid to us

now won't different chemicals be at different doses with the same liquid.
Lgd 1gram to 30ml liquid would be a different dose per 1gram mk677 to 30ml

Any guides on how to do this ?
