1. Take your weight ( or better yet, your goal weight)
2. Multiply that number by .8. This will give you how many grams of protein you should consume to build muscle. Most people do not use more than .62 to .82 grams of protein per pound of body weight, so .8 is a nice round number.
3. If your goal is building or maintaining muscle while losing weight, I would recommend that your calories from your protein be on average no more/less than 40% of your total caloric intake for the day.
Example
Goal weight: lean 250 pounds
250 x .8 = 200 grams of protein
200 x 4(caloric weight of a gram of protein) =800 calories from protein
800/.4 = 2000 calorie diet
Any sort of gear is going to change these numbers, so if you're running a cycle, I can't help you. I don't have that experience.

Calculations for protein based on body weight use your lean body mass (lbm) to calculate your protein needs , not your ENTIRE body mass. By your logic a fatass would need like 300g of protein a day
You have no business advising anyone

What?

You're missing the point. Yes, if you are 375 pounds and you wish to maintain that weight, then you would eat 300 g protein a day and maintain a 3000 cal diet. One of the first ones I made was it's better to put in your goal weight and calculate off of that. The reason being, is that once you reach that weight you're going to want to maintain it. If you're heavier than that and you're eating to maintain you goal weight you will always be at a deficit if your goal weight is lower than your current weight.

stupid bitch just finger the boipucci
no wonder you got 99% of the hylian population killed retarded cunt

red scoops can hold whey more protein, so it's like 6 baby dick skoops
when bulking 1.8-2.2g/kg is enough and for cutting around 2.3-2.8g/kg
so if you weight 80 kg the average for bulking would be around 130 and for cutting 170
