It's going on 12 days and I'm still bleeding. The fuck is going on? Is this because of me switching birth control mid cycle?

Any help would be appreciated. I'll probably end up going to the doc next week if it's still here, but I just need some sort of peace of mind because I HATE doctors.

I'm currently on day 8, just finished my week. I'm still truckin along, going to work, volunteering, doing my thing. A bit of trouble getting to sleep, no trouble staying asleep. I'm going until wednesday, then I'm going to start clean heavy protein, lifting again. After a week back at the gym I'll post some progress photos of the fasting thing.

I did a four day fast, I was planning of a five day fast but I needed to get shit done.
Day one and two where good. On day three I had some salt and painted the house(inside). Day four felt like a drag and I still needed to do some shit. So I broke the fast after four days.

Before fasting you should eat clean and healthy, being keto helps too.

Is SS a waste of time or not? I'm a girl and I want t rex mode, that's not a problem, but I don't know if there's enough volume or if not training my arms will be a problem. I read that stronglifts wasn't as good as SS and strong curves is made by a hack so I'm not sure what I should do?

There isn't some special workout for girls unless you wanna be an oly lifter, in which case you get to use different loads and volumes than men.

Few of my buddies ran only Anavar on a relatively low dosage for about 8-12 weeks without PCT. They got a little bit stronger and lost some fat but overall that could've been achieved without rolling the dice on your T-levels being utterly fucked.
